Your first week with Wyra

Your first week is one full turn of the GTM Intelligence Loop: teach Wyra your business, launch a campaign, work the replies, take the meetings, and use what you learn for the next campaign.

Each day below takes an hour or less. Sending is lower during the warm-up period of about 14 days, so expect a quiet start: replies build as your volume grows.

Day 1: Teach Wyra your business

  • On the Company page, check your company picture and work through Set-up. Confirm what you sell and who you sell to, and mark which customers Wyra may name.
  • Upload your two or three best case studies or decks under Artifacts. They give Wyra real proof to use.
  • Create your AI SDRs, connect LinkedIn and add your calendar link. See Setting up your workspace.

Day 2: Build your first offering

Pick the one thing you most want to sell this quarter, and build it with Wyra in Chat. Spend most of your time on the proof and the objection handling: it decides what Wyra can say, and which replies it can answer on its own.

  • "Build an offering for our cloud cost optimisation review, aimed at CFOs at mid-size SaaS companies."
  • "Add the objections we hear most: budget freeze, already using a reseller, no time this quarter."

Check Market trends on the Company page too. If a trend fits what you sell, Create campaign starts the conversation for you.

Day 3: Launch your first campaign

Ask Wyra to plan a campaign for your offering, then look before you launch:

  • Ask to see a few real prospects and the messages they'd get.
  • Check the persona: roles, company size, industries and countries.
  • Approve the plan, then the launch card.

Once Wyra starts selecting prospects, open the campaign's prospect pool. Prospects with an Outreach Score of 50 or more are qualified. The rest are disqualified, with the reason in writing. If good-looking people are being disqualified, adjust the persona.

Days 4 and 5: Work the replies

Make Interactions your morning routine:

  1. Clear Action required. These are replies Wyra handed to you: questions outside your offering, referrals, "try me next quarter". Reply, or Resolve them.
  2. Call the prospects who engaged. Wyra looks up phone numbers through your integrations, and you call from the built-in dialer.
  3. Move interested prospects forward as opportunities in the CRM.

Your first meetings

Invite Wyra to your first meetings with prospects. Afterwards you get a summary, a transcript and action items, plus suggested updates to the opportunity that you approve on the Meetings page.

End of the week: Learn and go again

  • Open the Dashboard and see who you reached, who replied, and what they said.
  • Ask Wyra in Chat how your campaign is doing, and what to change.
  • Refine the persona or offering, and plan your second campaign from what's working.
Answer Wyra's questions. Through the week, Wyra asks you a few questions on the Company page about things it couldn't settle on its own. Every answer sharpens the trends, offerings and messages in the next round.
