Artifacts are the documents and pages that prove what you say: case studies, customer quotes, decks, one-pagers, certificates and partner letters. Wyra reads each one and uses what it proves as evidence, on your company picture and in Chat.
Why add them
Your website says what you do. A case study says what you've delivered: the customer, the problem, the outcome. That's the evidence buyers respond to, and Wyra can only cite what it has read. Wyra also checks your website for new case studies every week and adds them here on its own.
Adding an artifact
Open Company → Intelligence, click the Artifacts tab, then Add:
- Upload a file. A PDF, up to 10 MB. Save decks and documents as PDF first.
- Paste a link. A public web page or a PDF online, such as a case study on your site or a press release. Pages that need a login can't be read.
There's a daily limit on uploads and links for each company. If you reach it, add the rest the next day.
You can also add one from Chat:
- "Add this case study as an artifact: acme.com/customers/northwind."
- "Which of our artifacts mention healthcare customers?"
How Wyra reads it
The status on the right of each row tells you where it stands:
| Status | Means |
|---|---|
| Reading… | Wyra is reading it. You can carry on working; the row updates when it's done. |
| Read · N facts | Done. Wyra took N facts from it, or names the customers it's about. |
| No text found | The file is a scan or an image. Wyra reads what it can and paraphrases it. Check what it read, or upload a version with text. |
| Couldn't read | Wyra shows the reason. Use Read again, or upload the file. |
Wyra works out what kind of document it is (case study, customer quote, deck and so on) and links it to the customers, offers and partners it mentions. The Supports column shows those links. Use the Search, Type and Linked to filters to narrow the list.
Opening an artifact
Click a row to open it. You'll see:
- What Wyra read: the problem, the outcome, the proof line, and the customers it's about.
- Reference for each customer it mentions: by name, without the name, or not at all. This is the same setting as in Referenceable customers and proof; change it in either place.
- Use in outreach: Allowed or Internal only (below).
- Used for: where Wyra is using it, such as your referenceable customers or what you sell.
- Open to view the original, and the More menu.
Use in outreach: Allowed or Internal only
| Setting | What it means |
|---|---|
| Allowed | Wyra may quote it, cite its results and point prospects to it. |
| Internal only | Wyra learns from it, so it shapes Wyra's understanding of your business, but never quotes it or refers to it in anything a prospect sees. |
Case studies, customer quotes, one-pagers and certificates start as Allowed. Proposals, pricing, decks, technical documents and reports start as Internal only. Change it on any artifact. A customer you've marked "not at all" is never mentioned, even in an artifact that's allowed.
Read again and Remove
- Read again (More menu) reads the artifact afresh, for example after you've updated the page it links to.
- Remove (More menu) takes it off the list at once. Click Undo in the message to bring it back. Facts that came only from that artifact stop being used; anything you or a teammate confirmed stays.
To change which customer or offer an artifact supports, ask Wyra in Chat. Wyra shows you a card before it changes anything.
Who can add and change artifacts
People who manage the company picture can add artifacts, change their settings and remove them. Everyone can see them and open them.
