Your company picture is what Wyra knows about your business: what you sell, who you sell to, your customers, your partners and your proof. Everything Wyra writes starts from it. Wyra only uses what it can source, and you have the final say.
Open Company in the left-hand menu, then Intelligence. The page has a header with your company at the top, and five tabs under it: Overview, Set-up, Market trends, Reach and Artifacts.
Setting it up the first time
The first time you open the page, Wyra shows a short welcome screen and asks where to look:
- Your company's website. Filled in from your work email when it can be.
- Company name as you want it shown. This is the name Wyra uses everywhere, including in outreach.
- LinkedIn page (optional). Use your company's own LinkedIn page.
Click Confirm. Wyra reads your website, looks for your case studies and partners, matches companies like your customers in its own data, and pulls your logo and colours. You land on the Set-up tab while it works, and sections fill in as it goes.
Then work through Set-up. It's the quickest way to turn what Wyra read into what you actually sell.
The header
The header sits above every tab:
- Your logo and name, with links to your website and LinkedIn page, and a company card with the basics: headquarters, founding year, size, where you sell, and your partnerships and certifications.
- One line on what you do, in your own words where you've given them.
- Updated shows when the picture last changed.
- Export brief (the download icon) and Edit company details (the pencil). With read-only access, the pencil is an eye and opens the details to read.
If your workspace has more than one company, click the arrow beside the name to switch between them.
The Overview tab
| Section | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Wyra's question | A question Wyra needs you to settle, when it has one. See Wyra's questions. |
| Ideal customer profile | What you sell, segments, company size, company scale, markets you sell to and buyer personas. Values you've confirmed show as solid badges; Wyra's suggestions are muted. |
| Market trends | The top five trends you can act on now. See Market trends. |
| Readiness | Where Wyra's understanding stands in five areas. See Readiness. |
| Referenceable customers | Your customers and how outreach may mention them. See Referenceable customers and proof. |
While set-up is incomplete, you'll see Complete set-up · N of M under the question and the profile. Click it to go straight to the next section.
Each section has a sparkle icon that asks Wyra about it in Chat, and the round button at the bottom right opens Chat beside the page with your company picture as context.
Every fact has a source
Under each fact is a small label saying where it came from. Hover over it for the detail, such as which page of your website it was read from.
| Label | Means |
|---|---|
| Your words | You or a teammate told Wyra this. |
| Your site | Read from your website. |
| Wyra's data | From Wyra's own company and people data. |
| Wyra's view | Wyra's reading of your facts. A reasonable conclusion for you to confirm. |
| Found online | Found through a web search, on another website. |
A fact marked needs your confirmation is one Wyra is using but would like a person to check. When you answer one of Wyra's questions, the fact shows Answered by with your name, so your team can see who said what.
Who can change the picture
Org Admin and Settings
People with the Org Admin or Settings Manager role manage the picture. Next to each fact they can:
- Confirm a fact that needs confirmation.
- Edit it in place, then Save.
- Remove it. Click Undo in the message that appears if you change your mind.
You can correct some facts, such as your headquarters, founding year and size, and they always stay on the picture. Your legal name, website and LinkedIn page are fixed on the page. To change how your name is shown, or to add another website you use, go to Settings → Company (see Brand and company settings).
Everyone else
Other roles see a Suggest a change pencil instead. Type the correction and click Send suggestion. It goes to the people who manage your company picture to review. AI SDRs can also answer Wyra's questions and act on market trends. Viewers and Billing users can only read the picture.
Export brief
Export brief downloads your company picture as a Markdown (.md) file. Open it in any text editor to read the whole picture in one place, review it at your own pace, or keep a copy. It's a snapshot: to change the picture, edit it in Wyra.
