The Unsubscribe List tells Wyra who it must never contact. Add a whole company by its domain, or one person by their email, and Wyra won't select them for any campaign.
How it works
Wyra won't select anyone on your Unsubscribe List for any campaign, whoever runs it and however broad the targeting is. You manage the list under Settings → Unsubscribe List, which has two tabs:
- Domains: block a whole company. Adding example.com covers everyone with an @example.com address.
- Emails: block one person, such as name@example.com, and leave the rest of their company reachable.
Adding and removing entries
- Open the Domains or Emails tab and click Add Domain or Add Email.
- Choose Add Single Domain (or Email) and type one entry, or choose Add Multiple Domains (CSV) (or Emails) and upload a file.
- Confirm. The entry applies from that moment.
Enter domains on their own, like example.com, without "www" or an email address. Each tab shows when an entry was added, and you can search it. To take an entry off the list, click Remove, or select several rows and delete them together. Removed entries can be selected for campaigns again.
Unsubscribes are added for you
When a prospect replies asking to unsubscribe, Wyra adds their email address to the list automatically.
Someone already in a campaign
Wyra selects new prospects every day. An entry you add applies from the next selection onwards. It doesn't stop someone who was already selected. To stop outreach to that person straight away, open them in Interactions and click Do not disturb. Add their domain or email to the list too, so they stay out of future selections.
Tags don't block outreach
A tag is a note for your team. To make sure Wyra never contacts someone, add them here, and click Do not disturb on them in Interactions if they're already in a campaign. Tags
