If your team works in another CRM, connect it to Wyra and push leads to it from Interactions. Pushes go one way, from Wyra to your CRM, one lead at a time.
Connect your CRM
Go to Settings → Integrations. The CRM section lists the CRMs you can connect, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho and Monday.com.
- Click your CRM's tile, read what the connection does, and click Continue.
- Sign in to your CRM and allow Wyra access. Use an account allowed to approve integrations.
- You come back to Wyra and the tile shows Connected. Hover it to see which account is linked.
Org Admins and the Settings Manager role can connect and disconnect integrations.
Push a lead
Open Interactions. In the Actions column, click your CRM's icon on the lead's row. You can also push from the lead's panel when it's open. Wyra sends the lead's contact and profile details: name, email, job title, company, website, industry, location and LinkedIn profile.
- Pushes are one-way. Data goes from Wyra to your CRM only.
- Pushing again updates the record. Wyra updates the record it created before.
- You push each lead yourself. You decide which leads go to your CRM.
A good moment to push is when a lead becomes Interested or books a meeting. The conversation itself stays in Wyra.
Depending on your CRM, a pushed lead becomes a lead, a contact, or an item on a board. A board needs an Email column.
Salesforce: extra setup
Connect with a Salesforce System Administrator account. When you connect, Wyra adds four custom fields to the Lead object: the Wyra lead ID, LinkedIn URL, Outreach Score and Wyra status. Salesforce hides new fields by default, so an administrator must make them visible:
- In Salesforce, go to Setup → Object Manager → Lead → Fields & Relationships.
- Open each of the four Wyra fields and click Set Field-Level Security.
- Tick Visible for the profiles that need them, including System Administrator, and save.
Leads push once this is done. If Wyra couldn't add the fields, for example because your org has reached a field limit, an administrator can create them by hand under Setup → Object Manager → Lead → Fields & Relationships → New. Use the API names in the table below. The Wyra Lead ID field must be marked External ID and Unique.
Pushed leads are owned by the Salesforce user who connected. To route them to different reps, use Lead Assignment Rules in Salesforce. They can route on company, industry, location or any other field Wyra fills.
Salesforce field reference
Each lead becomes a Salesforce Lead. Wyra fills a field only when it has a value for it. The Wyra Lead ID links the record back to Wyra, which is why pushing again updates the same Lead.
| Wyra | Salesforce Lead field |
|---|---|
| First name, last name | FirstName, LastName |
| Work email | |
| Job title | Title |
| Company, company website, industry | Company, Website, Industry |
| Location | City |
| Mobile number | MobilePhone |
| Profile and research | Description: the person's About and headline, Wyra's summary of their role, focus and challenges, and a summary of their company. |
| Lead source | LeadSource, always set to Wyra |
| Wyra lead ID | Wyra_Lead_ID__c (custom: text, External ID, Unique) |
| LinkedIn profile | LinkedIn_URL__c (custom: URL) |
| Outreach Score | Wyra_Outreach_Score__c (custom: number) |
| Lead status in Wyra | Wyra_Status__c (custom: text) |
Disconnect
In Settings → Integrations, click the connected tile, choose Disconnect and confirm. Records already in your CRM stay there. The push icon in Interactions then offers a shortcut to Integrations.
If a push is missing
- Check the tile in Settings → Integrations still shows Connected. If not, reconnect.
- For Salesforce, check the four Wyra fields are visible (see above).
- For Salesforce, if the Wyra fields are missing, the account that connected probably had a role other than System Administrator. Disconnect, then connect again with a System Administrator account. Wyra adds any missing fields each time you connect.
- For Salesforce, if you see duplicate Leads, check the Wyra Lead ID field is marked External ID.
- If your CRM keeps leads on boards, check the board has an Email column.
