What is Wyra? The GTM Intelligence Loop

Last updated October 2026

On this page

Wyra turns what your company knows into pipeline. It's a GTM intelligence layer for B2B teams. Your offerings, customers and proof, together with Wyra's own data on accounts and markets, drive outreach across email, LinkedIn and calls. Every reply, meeting and opportunity lands in one place, and you can share opportunities with AWS Partner Central.

This article walks through how the pieces fit together, so you know where each part of Wyra helps and how to get the most from it.

The GTM Intelligence Loop

Everything in Wyra runs on one loop. Each stage feeds the next, and what happens at the end feeds back into the start.

  1. 1. Know your business→
  2. 2. Decide what to sell and to whom→
  3. 3. Reach out→
  4. 4. Have conversations→
  5. 5. Meet→
  6. 6. Manage the pipeline→
  7. 7. Learn and improve

The loop carries on from one campaign to the next. Every reply, meeting and lost opportunity teaches Wyra something, so the next round of trends, offerings and messages is sharper than the last.

1. Know your business: Company Intelligence

Wyra builds a picture of your company from your website, your documents and its own data: what you sell, who you sell to, your customers, your partner programmes and your proof. Every fact shows where it came from, and you have the final say on all of it.

The picture is living. When Wyra needs your view on something, it asks you a question. The more you teach it, the way you'd brief a new salesperson, the more precisely it can research your market for you.

2. Decide what to sell and to whom: Market trends and offerings

Wyra regularly researches your market for moments worth acting on: new regulations, partner programme changes, vendor launches and account signals. It ties each one to something you sell and to buyers you serve. You can turn any trend into a campaign.

An offering is the pitch Wyra uses: the problem you solve, for whom, the outcomes, the proof and how to handle objections. You build offerings with Wyra in Chat, and every message Wyra writes and every reply it gives draws on them.

3. Reach out: AI SDRs and campaigns

An AI SDR is a sender on your team: a mailbox, a LinkedIn account and a phone number, run by Wyra. A campaign points one or more AI SDRs at a persona, with an offering and a reason to reach out now. Wyra selects the prospects, qualifies each one in writing, and writes every message for that person.

Every prospect gets an Outreach Score for fit and timing. Only prospects scoring 50 or more are contacted. The rest are disqualified, with the reason in writing.

4. Have conversations: Interactions

Every email, LinkedIn message and call lands in Interactions, sorted by what the prospect said. Wyra replies on its own when the answer is covered by your offering. When a reply needs a person (a question outside your offering, a referral, "try me next quarter"), Wyra marks it Action required and alerts you, so you send the reply.

5. Meet: the Wyra Notetaker

Invite Wyra to your meetings and it records, transcribes and summarises them, picks out action items, and suggests updates to your CRM and opportunities for you to approve.

6. Manage the pipeline: the Wyra CRM and AWS Partner Central

Interested prospects become opportunities in the Wyra CRM, with your pipelines, tasks and forms. If you already use Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho or Monday.com, Wyra connects to it. You can share opportunities with AWS Partner Central. AWS changes only when you say so: your edits go when you click Push to AWS, and each stage move asks whether to move AWS too. When AWS moves an opportunity, Wyra tells you.

7. Learn and improve: the Dashboard

The Dashboard shows what's working across email, LinkedIn and calls: who you reached, who replied, and what they said. Use it to refine your personas and offerings and to launch the next campaign. Wyra learns from the same results.

Two ways to work: Chat and the screens

Chat is where most work happens. Ask Wyra to build an offering, plan and launch a campaign, pull up a conversation, draft a reply, update an opportunity or summarise a meeting. Wyra proposes each change on a card, and acts when you approve it.

The screens (Dashboard, Interactions, Meetings, Outreach, CRM, Company) are there when you'd rather see everything laid out. Campaigns built from your own list of companies or people are created in the campaign builder.

Wyra does the work. You set the rules.

Wyra runs the outreach and the conversations, following what you've given it: your offerings and their objection handling. Wherever a situation falls outside those, or contradicts them, Wyra stops and hands it to a person. Your team's time goes to the conversations that need judgement.
