Ask Wyra who replied, what a lead said and what to say next. It answers from your live data, and drafts replies for you to send. Chat never sends a message to a prospect.
Who replied
Ask about a kind of reply and a period. Wyra shows the leads as a card, newest reply first, five at a time. These are the same leads you'd see under the matching filter in Interactions.
- "Who replied interested this week?"
- "Show me the not-interested email replies from the last 30 days."
- "Which leads need a human to answer?"
- "Who replied on LinkedIn from the Healthcare CIO campaign?"
Each row shows:
- the lead's name, job title and company
- their latest reply, quoted, with its badge, such as Interested or Not interested
- the channel, how long ago they replied, and the campaign
- two links: Thread to read the whole conversation, and Draft reply to have Wyra write the next message
Ask for more to see the next five. Open all in Interactions at the foot of the card takes you to the full list.
You can narrow by reply kind (interested, replied, not interested, Action required, out of office, unsubscribed, reached, nurturing), by period (the last 24 hours, 7, 30 or 90 days, or all time), by channel, by campaign, or by a person's name or company.
A lead's conversation and insights
Ask what someone said, and Wyra shows the whole thread as a card: every email and LinkedIn message, oldest first, with dates and subjects. It also reads what it has researched about the person and their company. Under the card, Wyra tells you in a line what they last said and what it means for the next step.
- "What did Priya at Northwind say?"
- "What do we know about her and her company?"
For the full profile, open the lead in Interactions. See Lead profiles, insights and notes.
Drafting a reply
Ask Wyra to draft a reply, or click Draft reply on a lead's row. Wyra writes it from the whole email and LinkedIn history, what it knows about the person, and the campaign's tone. It answers on the channel the lead last replied on.
The draft comes as a card marked Draft, not sent. It quotes what they said, then shows your reply.
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| Reply | Opens your composer with the text filled in. You read it, edit it if you like, and send it yourself. |
| Copy | Copies the text, to paste wherever you like. |
| Reply on LinkedIn instead | Rewrites the draft for the other channel. On a LinkedIn draft it reads Reply on Email instead. |
Want it different? Say so: "shorter", "warmer", "mention the case study". Wyra writes a new draft. It drafts for one lead at a time, so if you ask for several, it asks which to start with.

Previewing the message a lead would get
You can see who a campaign has already selected, and what Wyra would write to any of them. Ask for the campaign's leads, and Wyra shows a page of them with job title, company and Outreach Score band, beside the campaign's true total. Only prospects scoring 50 or more are contacted, so everyone on the list has already qualified.
- "Who is in the Healthcare CIO campaign?"
- "Write the email Daniel Okafor would get from that campaign."
Name a person and Wyra writes the message they would receive, from their own research. It's a preview, marked as a draft. Nothing is sent and no one is contacted. Wyra writes only for people it has already researched; for anyone else it says so.
To see how messages read for a campaign you're still planning, see Planning and launching a campaign in Chat.
Action required
Wyra runs conversations from your offerings and objection handling. A reply outside that, or one that needs judgement, becomes Action required: Wyra holds it and alerts you. Chat is a quick way to work through them.
- Ask "Which leads need a human to answer?"
- Click Thread on a row to see what they asked.
- Click Draft reply, adjust it, then Reply to send it from your composer.
To only mark a lead Interested or Not interested, use Resolve in Interactions.
Turning auto-replies on or off
Auto-replies are Wyra answering prospects by itself. Ask Wyra to stop or resume them on a running or paused campaign. It shows a card, and nothing changes until you approve it.
- "Stop auto-replies on the Healthcare CIO campaign."
- "Turn auto-replies back on for that campaign."
With auto-replies off, Wyra still sorts every reply and alerts you, and every reply waits for your team.
