Wyra has a CRM built in. The people your campaigns qualify land in it on their own, with their companies, and every email, LinkedIn touch and call Wyra made is right there on their record. From there you track deals, tasks and notes without leaving Wyra.
Where it lives
One sidebar entry, six pages.
Open CRM in the left sidebar. It carries a Beta badge while we keep building it out. Opening CRM takes you to Opportunities, and the other pages sit alongside it:
Opportunities
Your deals, as a pipeline board or a list.
Companies
Every account in your CRM — synced from campaigns or added by hand.
People
Every contact, with their lifecycle stage, lead status and full outreach history.
Lists
The lists of companies and people you've uploaded. Shown to roles that can see campaigns.
Forms
Lead-capture forms you embed on your site. Each submission becomes a person.
Tasks
Your personal queue of CRM tasks.
CRM settings live under Settings → CRM Settings: Pipelines for your deal stages and Team for the CRM teams that tasks are routed to.
Already use HubSpot or Salesforce?
The built-in CRM is separate from the external CRMs you can connect under Settings → Integrations, such as HubSpot or Salesforce. To send leads to one of those, see Connecting your CRM.
How campaigns feed the CRM
Qualified leads arrive on their own.
You don't import your outreach leads into the CRM. Wyra copies them in as your campaigns run:
A campaign finds a lead, enriches them and qualifies them with a verified email address.
Leads Wyra disqualifies, or that have no valid email, never reach the CRM
When Wyra hands the lead to your AI SDRs for outreach, it adds them to CRM → People, along with their company in CRM → Companies.
This happens in the background — there is nothing to set up
As outreach goes out and replies come in, the person's record shows it. Their emails, LinkedIn activity and calls are read from Interactions, so the CRM is never out of step.
The history isn't a copy, so it's always current
No duplicates
If someone with the same email is already in your CRM, Wyra updates that record instead of creating a second one, and never blanks out a value that's already there.
Source shows where they came from
Leads from a campaign show Source Wyra. Leads that came from one of your uploaded lists show List. People you add yourself show Manual, and form sign-ups show Form.
Companies come with them
When Wyra can identify the lead's company by its website or LinkedIn page, it adds or updates that company and links the person to it. Companies from Wyra's own data are marked ICP.
Stages start blank
Synced people arrive with no lifecycle stage or lead status. Set them as the conversation moves forward.
Only the leads worth tracking
The CRM holds the people Wyra actually reaches out to, not every profile it looked at. Everyone synced from a campaign has a verified email, so every synced person is someone you can email.
People
Every contact in one table.
CRM → People lists everyone in your CRM. The header counts them and how many accounts they span. Search by typing in the search bar, use Filter and Sort to narrow the table down, and choose which columns to show. Scroll and more rows load as you go.
Name
Photo and full name. Click a row to open the person.
Emails
Their primary email, with a +1 badge when there are more.
Company
The company they're linked to.
Job Title
Their current title.
Phones
Any phone numbers on the record.
Their LinkedIn profile.
City
Where they're based.
Lifecycle stage
Where they are in your funnel. You can change it right in the table.
Lead status
Your working status on them. Also editable in the table.
Source
Wyra, List, Manual or Form.
Creation date
When they entered the CRM.
To add someone by hand, click New Person. Wyra creates an "Untitled" person and opens their record straight away, so you can fill in the fields there. To remove people, select their rows and click Delete. Wyra asks you to confirm first.
A person's record
Details on the left, history on the right.
Open anyone to see their full record. The left-hand card holds every field, filled in or not: name, email, phone, LinkedIn, job title, company and city, then Lifecycle stage and Lead status, then read-only details like Creation date, Created by and Source. Click a field to edit it. People captured by one of your forms also show Captured by form.
Lifecycle stage
Where they are in the funnel
Subscriber, Lead, Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL), Sales Qualified Lead (SQL), Opportunity, Customer, Evangelist or Other.
Lead status
Your working status on them
New, Open, In progress, Open deal, Unqualified, Attempted to contact, Connected or Bad timing.
The right-hand side has four tabs:
Activity
Everything that has happened with this person, with views for Timeline, Email, LinkedIn, Calls, Tasks and Events.
Opportunities
Deals at this person's company, plus a New opportunity link that starts a deal with them as the point of contact. Needs a linked company.
Notes
Your team's notes on this person.
AWS Insights
For AWS partners: send the person to AWS Partner Central as a lead and see what comes back. Needs a linked company.
For someone synced from a campaign, Timeline mixes their outreach with changes to the record, newest first: who "sent an email", who "replied by email", who "sent LinkedIn connection request" or "viewed LinkedIn profile", who "made a call", and so on. Each outreach entry has a View Email, View LinkedIn or View Call link. The Email and LinkedInviews show the full messages, replies and LinkedIn actions. People you added by hand have no outreach, so they don't get those two views.
Above the activity, + Task, + Event and + Call let you add a task, log a meeting or log a call. On a synced person, the Open in Interactionsbutton beside them opens the same conversation panel you'd see in Interactions.
Reply from Interactions, track in the CRM
The CRM shows the conversation; Interactions is where you work it. When a synced person replies, answer from Interactions and the reply shows up on their CRM record too. See Interactions.
Companies
The accounts behind your people.
CRM → Companies works like People: search, filter, sort, choose columns, select rows to delete. The header counts your companies and how many were added this week. The columns are Name, Domain Name, Industry, Account Owner, Address, Linkedin, Created by, Creation date and Employees.
Click New Companyto add one. Like a new person, it opens straight away as "Untitled", ready for you to name. A company's record adds fields for ARR, ICP, Pincode and X, and has four tabs:
Activity
Changes to the company record over time.
People
Everyone linked to this company. Add a new person here and they're linked automatically.
Opportunities
Deals with this company. Start a new one here and it's set up with the company already filled in.
Notes
Your team's notes on the account.
Notes
Notes live on the record.
People, companies and opportunities each have a Notes tab. Click Add note, write your call takeaways or next steps, and click Save note. Notes read newest first, each marked with who wrote it and when.
While you write, Polish tidies the spelling, grammar and flow of your draft without changing what it says. You can edit any note later. Deleting one asks you to confirm first.
Not the same as lead notes
CRM notes are separate from the notes you leave on a lead in Interactions. A note written in one place doesn't appear in the other. See Notes on leads.
Lists
Your uploaded lists moved here.
CRM → Lists is where you upload and manage your own lists of companies and people. It used to sit under Outreach; old links still bring you here. Once a list lead is qualified and handed to outreach, they show up in People with Source List. See Your List for how lists work.
The rest of the CRM
Deals, tasks, forms and co-sell.
Each of these has its own guide:
Opportunities
Deals and pipelines
A board with one column per stage, or a flat list. Set up pipelines and stages in Settings → CRM Settings → Pipelines.
Opportunities and pipelines →Tasks
Your task queue
Tasks assigned to you or your team, on deals and people, as a board or a list.
CRM tasks →Forms
Lead-capture forms
Build a form, embed it on your site, and every submission becomes a person marked as a Marketing Qualified Lead.
CRM forms →AWS
Co-sell with AWS
Share opportunities with AWS and enrich people through AWS Partner Central. Until it's connected, the CRM shows a banner that links to Integrations.
AWS co-sell →On Opportunities, Companies and People, and on their records, the Wyra button in the page header opens the CRM assistant. It knows the record you're looking at and can draft updates for you to approve. See The CRM assistant.
Who can do what
Access follows your role.
Whether you see CRM in the sidebar, and which buttons you get inside it, depends on your role. Two roles exist just for the CRM: CRM Manager and CRM Member. They're for teammates who work deals but don't run campaigns. They see the CRM and nothing else, and land on Opportunities when they sign in.
Full access
Org Admin, CRM Manager
Create, edit and delete records and tasks, and change CRM settings: pipelines, stages and CRM teams.
Create and edit
AI SDR, Campaign Manager
Add and edit records and tasks. Can't delete, and don't get the CRM settings pages.
Work what exists
CRM Member
Edit records, move deals between stages and complete tasks. Can't create or delete anything, and sees CRM settings without being able to change them.
Browse
Viewer
Can open the CRM and look around. Doesn't get the buttons to create or delete.
The Billing and Settings roles don't include the CRM. If CRM is missing from your sidebar, ask an Org Admin to check your role. To change someone's role, see Team management.
CRM teams
Group people so tasks find the right hands.
Under Settings → CRM Settings → Team, click Create a teamto group your teammates into teams such as Sales, Solutions Eng or Partner Ops. You can then assign a task to a whole team instead of one person, and give each pipeline stage's tasks to the team that owns them.
Teams don't change access
A CRM team only decides who tasks go to. What someone can see and do still comes from their role. Org Admins and CRM Managers can edit teams; CRM Members can see who is on each team.
