After a recorded meeting, Wyra writes the notes, the transcript and the action items, and proposes updates for the linked opportunity. Your CRM updates when you review it and click apply.
Notes are usually ready within a few minutes of the call ending. The meeting's owner is notified when they are. Open the meeting from the Past tab of the Meetings page, from the opportunity, or from the person in the CRM.
What's on a meeting
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Summary | The notes. Choose a format: General (purpose, key takeaways, topics), Sales (the notes the CRM review uses), MEDDPICC or BANT. Each includes next steps by person and the questions asked and answered. Lines link to the moment in the call. |
| Transcript | Every line with its speaker and time. Filter by speaker, click a line to play from there, or download it. |
| Action items | What people agreed to do, with an assignee and due date where one was mentioned. Add your own, and tick the ones that should become CRM tasks. |
| Recording | The audio and video, with how long it's kept. Share link copies a link to the meeting in Wyra for colleagues who can see it. |
The side panel shows the linked opportunity, the attendees and the meeting details. Attendees Wyra matches to an active prospect are labelled, and you can add new people from the call to the CRM. Visibility is set per meeting: Everyone in your workspace or Only me and the opportunity team.
Linking an opportunity
Wyra matches each meeting to an opportunity by the attendees' company domains. When there's one clear match, it links it for you. When the attendees match more than one, the meeting waits under Needs attention and asks which opportunity it's about.
- Pick an opportunity. Tick Remember for the rest of this series and later meetings in the same recurring series link to it automatically.
- Create one for the attendees' company when it's new to the CRM.
- Leave it unassigned and decide after the notes are ready. Unassigned notes stay on the meeting.
You can change the link later from the side panel. Anything already applied stays on the first opportunity, and you can apply again to the new one.
Reviewing and applying to the CRM
Click Review CRM writes on the meeting. Wyra lists what it proposes to write to the linked opportunity, each with a checkbox:
| Proposed | Starts as |
|---|---|
| Meeting note | On. Always included. |
| Tasks | On, one for each action item you ticked. |
| New people | On. Attendees from outside your company who spoke and are new to the CRM. |
| Stage change | Off. Proposed only when the call gives a clear signal. Switch on I confirm to include it. |
| Amount | Off. Switch on I confirm to include it. |
The button names exactly what it will write, for example Apply 1 note and 2 tasks. Wyra writes when you click it. After applying, Undo reverses a write.
If you skip the review, the notes and transcript stay on the meeting, and the opportunity stays as it was. You can come back and apply at any time.
Action items become CRM tasks
On the Action items tab, ticked items become tasks on the linked opportunity when you apply the review. Unticked items, and items you add yourself and leave unticked, stay on the meeting only. Tasks show up with the opportunity's other tasks in the CRM. See Tasks, events and calls.
