Reach shows the ways to your buyers: how many accounts fit your ideal customer profile, the warm paths into them, the routes your cloud partners open, and the credentials that back you up.
Open Company → Intelligence and click the Reach tab. It has five panels. Each has an (i) that explains it, a sparkle that asks Wyra about it in Chat, and a line at the bottom saying where its numbers come from. Reach updates with Wyra's weekly refresh.
Accounts that fit your ICP
When you create a campaign, these are the accounts it can reach. Two cards count them:
| Card | Counts |
|---|---|
| Accounts like your customers | Companies similar to your named customers, by industry, size and country. Wyra needs at least two of your customers in its own data to count these. |
| Accounts in the markets you pursue | Companies in the segments and countries you serve. |
Each card shows two numbers:
- Accounts: how many companies fit.
- Reachable: how many have a person matching your buyer personas. Until you've told Wyra who buys from you, this counts companies with any named decision-maker.
Under each count is its change since the last weekly run. Click it to see the history, including what changed in your profile. Click a count or See accounts for a sample of the companies behind it.
The chips under the cards are the profile Wyra counted from: industries, size, countries and personas. Click the pencil to edit them. Counts follow your edit; a new industry or country is counted at the next weekly refresh.
Create campaign opens Chat with a campaign draft aimed at that set of accounts. Wyra sends once you approve and launch it.
Warm paths
Warm paths are the ways in you already have:
- Your people. Colleagues who used to work at an account that fits your profile, from their public work history, for example "Priya (Delivery Director) worked at Target, until 2021".
- Conversations. Fitting accounts already in your Wyra campaigns, with how many contacts and replies.
Rows appear as Wyra spots them. If the panel is empty, there are no warm paths to show this week.
Partner routes
A partner route is how you reach buyers through a cloud vendor, and what you can do to strengthen it. The panel has one row per partner (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft or another you've added):
| Column | Shows |
|---|---|
| Level | Your partner level with that vendor. |
| Programmes and competencies | The partner programmes you're in and the competencies you hold. |
| Marketplace | Whether you're listed on the vendor's marketplace. |
| Profile | Links to your partner pages. |
| Insight | What you can do with this route, or to strengthen it. Each insight names the partner programme rule it comes from. |
Wyra reads all of this from your partner profiles. A partner shown greyed needs a profile Wyra can read: click its link, such as Add your Microsoft partner page, to add one. To add a partner that's missing, click Add partner. If you've told Wyra you aren't a vendor's partner, the row stays greyed until you add a profile.
Partner profiles
The Partner profiles panel holds the pages Wyra reads your routes and credentials from: your page in each vendor's partner directory, and your marketplace listing. Click Add link, paste the page's address, and Wyra reads it. Each link shows its status, such as Reading… or Read · 12 facts. Wyra reads them again every month.
Credentials
Your competencies, designations and standards, grouped by vendor (for example AWS competencies, Google Cloud specialisations, Microsoft designations) and standards such as ISO 27001. Each is marked:
| Mark | Means |
|---|---|
| Verified | Read from a partner profile or the certifying body's register. |
| Not verified | Stated on your website (listed as Found on your site) or told to Wyra. Add your partner page to verify it. |
People who manage the company picture can add or remove credentials with the pencil. Outreach cites only credentials you've confirmed.
Who can change Reach
People with the Org Admin or Settings Manager role can edit the profile, credentials and partner links. Everyone can see the panels and use Create campaign if their role can create campaigns.
