The Calling dashboard

On this page

The Calling dashboard shows how your team is doing on the phone: how many calls, how many connect, how many become real conversations, and how they end.

Getting there

Open Dashboard → Calling. The tab shows a lock until calling is approved for your workspace. Until then it explains calling and lets you request access. Once you've asked, it reads Pending verification, and Wyra lets you know when you're approved. Then you set up your numbers.

Pick Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default) or Last 90 days from the range menu. It applies to everything except Recent Calls. An empty range shows a Make a Call button.

Calls are placed from a lead's profile in Interactions. This page is where you read the results.

The numbers at the top

Each number shows its change against the previous period of the same length, for example the 30 days before the last 30. When there's nothing to compare with, it shows a dash.

NumberWhat it counts
DialsEvery call placed in the period.
Connect rateCalls that reached a person, divided by dials. The number of connected calls is shown underneath.
ConversationsCalls the person picked up and talked on, with their share of connected calls underneath.
Avg call durationTotal talk time divided by connected calls.
Total talk timeAll the time your team spent on calls in the period.

Call volume and outcomes

Call Volume shows dials over time, coloured by outcome: by day for 7 and 30 days, by week for 90 days. Hover a bar for the counts. Days follow your own time zone.

Call Outcomes is a breakdown of how every call in the period ended:

OutcomeWhat it means
InterestedThe prospect showed interest.
Demo scheduledA demo or meeting was booked.
CallbackThe prospect asked to be called back.
Not interestedThe prospect declined.
Answered, CompletedThe call connected and ended, with a general outcome.
CalledThe call was placed but didn't connect to a person.
No answer, Busy, FailedThe call ended before it reached the prospect.

Set the outcome after each call, from the lead's profile. The more calls carry a real outcome, the more this breakdown tells you.

AI SDR performance and reach

Performance by AI SDR lists each AI SDR whose number was used, with dials, connect rate and talk time. A bar under each name shows their dials against the busiest caller.

Reach shows two rings: your connect rate (connected calls out of dials) and your conversation rate (conversations out of connected calls). A low connect rate points at numbers or call times. A low conversation rate points at the opening.

Recent calls

The latest 25 calls, newest first, whatever range you've picked. Each row shows the lead, company, AI SDR, outcome, duration and when. Click a call to open the lead in Interactions, with the call in their timeline. Closing it brings you back here.

Recorded calls have a transcript and insights in the lead's timeline. Calls that weren't recorded show only their outcome and duration.

Phone numbers by country. Every country has its own rules for phone numbers. Depending on the country, the type of number, and whether it's for a business or an individual, you may need to provide documents before a number is issued. See Phone numbers and call configurations.

Calling on the Overview

The Phone Performance card on the Dashboard Overview shows the same dials, connects, conversations and outcomes in a smaller space, plus your top AI SDRs. The Overview's Activity card has a Phone tab with talk time by AI SDR.
