Campaigns Overview

Written by the Wyra team · Last updated May 2026

A campaign is how Wyra puts your offering to work — combining your pitch, your target audience, your outreach angle, and your AI SDR into a continuous, multi-channel engagement that runs on your behalf.

The Campaigns page at a glance

Headline KPIs up top, every campaign below — grouped by status.

The redesigned Campaigns page lives at Outreach → Campaigns. Across the top, a summary strip aggregates the headline numbers across all your campaigns. Below it, every campaign is listed in nine columns and grouped into collapsible sections — Active, Paused, and Stopped.

The KPI strip

Persona pool reached

Total leads reached across every active campaign.

Nurturing now

Leads currently being worked, pending their next touchpoint.

Qualified

Leads scoring 50 or higher on Outreach Score.

Reply rate

Weighted reply rate across active campaigns, with an info-tooltip breakdown of Interested / Warm / Out of Office / Unsubscribed.

AI SDR

Your AI SDRs and their deployment state — onboarded, in warmup, or needing attention.

The nine columns

Pool

A donut showing the percentage of the persona pool already worked. Hover the donut to see total Pool Size and the count of Qualified Leads.

Campaign

The offering pill (click to open the Campaign preview), the campaign name, a health tag, and the launch date + days running.

Targeting

Persona, industry, and location chips that describe who the campaign is reaching out to.

Nurturing

Count of leads being actively worked, with a weekly-delta line. If the pool is exhausted, this cell flips to an amber warning to widen the persona.

Qualified

Count of leads scoring 50 or higher on Outreach Score, plus a thin progress bar against the pool size.

Response

Reply rate percentage with a sub-line showing how many leads have been reached so far.

Replies

Four-way breakdown — Interested, Warm, Out of Office, Unsubscribed.

AI SDR

Avatars of the AI SDRs assigned to the campaign, with deployment-state badges.

Actions

Inline icon buttons — Pause / Resume on the relevant rows, and Stop campaign permanently. Stopped rows have no actions.

Campaign health tags

Performing

The campaign is reaching its pool at a healthy pace. The default for active campaigns.

Maturing

The campaign has worked through most of its persona pool. Returns will start to taper from here.

Pool exhausted

The campaign has effectively run its pool. A signal to widen the persona so Wyra can keep finding qualified leads.

What a campaign is

Five decisions, one execution.

Every campaign is built from five things you define — and then Wyra executes. Your AI SDR handles outreach across email and LinkedIn autonomously, while Wyra equips your sales team to take conversations further through enriched, click-to-call engagement.

Offering

The pitch — pain points, solutions, outcomes, and social proof that anchor every message the campaign sends.

Audience

Who you're reaching — from Wyra's database with persona filters, or from your own list of companies or people that Wyra procures into the campaign.

Why Now

The specific reason for reaching out right now — the angle that makes outreach timely rather than generic.

Messaging

Personalized email and LinkedIn messages generated from your offering, audience, and Why Now — tuned to your tone and language.

AI SDR

The identity that executes the campaign — sending messages, engaging replies, and representing your company in every outreach touchpoint.

Three outreach channels

Two run autonomously. One puts your team in the conversation.

Wyra campaigns execute across three channels — two driven by your AI SDR, one that equips your human team to take the relationship further.

Email

Autonomous outreach

Your AI SDR sends personalized emails, follows up, and engages replies — all from a warmed, deliverability-managed sending infrastructure.

AI SDR executes

LinkedIn

Autonomous engagement

Your AI SDR sends connection requests and LinkedIn messages — personalized to each prospect's role, company, and context.

Calling (Beta)

Human-led, Wyra-enabled

Where phone numbers are available, Wyra unlocks them. Your sales rep sees the full enriched profile and calls directly from inside the contact drawer in Interactions. In beta at launch — US numbers supported today, with more geographies rolling out.

Why calling is human-led

Wyra deliberately keeps calling in human hands. Regulations around AI-initiated calls vary across regions, and more importantly, people prefer speaking to people. Wyra does the research and makes the call effortless — your team brings the conversation.

Campaign statuses

Three states — Active, Paused, and Stopped.

Wyra campaigns don't have a natural completed state — a prospect can reply weeks or months after receiving an outreach message, and an active campaign is always ready to engage. What did change in this release: you can now permanently stop a campaign, which is the only way to take it terminal.

ActiveRunning

The campaign is live. Your AI SDR is sending messages, engaging with replies, and working through the prospect list.

PausedHalted

New prospect intake stops immediately. Prospects already in a sequence keep receiving their scheduled follow-ups, so you don't suddenly drop conversations mid-thread. Resume any time to put the campaign back to Active — Wyra will pick up where it left off.

StoppedTerminal

The campaign is permanently halted — all future emails and messages are cancelled for every prospect in it. Stopped campaigns cannot be restarted or resumed and move into their own collapsed section at the bottom of the list. See Pausing, resuming, and stopping campaigns.

Why campaigns don't expire on their own

Sales conversations don't follow a fixed timeline. A prospect who ignored your message in January might reply in April when their priorities shift. Keeping campaigns active means Wyra is always ready for that moment — and Stopped is reserved for when you've genuinely decided to retire a campaign for good.

Campaign preview

Click the offering pill to see the setup of any campaign.

Every row in the Campaigns list has an offering pill in the Campaign cell. Click it to open a read-only preview of the campaign showing AI SDRs assigned, Value Proposition, Persona, and Messaging — a quick way to confirm how a live campaign is set up without leaving the list.

Where to track performance

Two places — one for the big picture, one for individual conversations.

Home → Overview

Org-wide outreach and reply performance — Leads Reached, Reply Rate, the Reply Intelligence breakdown, and a snapshot of your top campaigns with a View all link back to this page. The right place to evaluate whether your campaigns are resonating at the org level.

Interactions

Every individual prospect your campaign has touched — their enriched profile, full conversation history, outreach score, and engagement status. Where you follow up, reply, leave notes, and call.

The signal that matters most early on

Watch replies — not sends. Sends measure activity. Replies measure resonance. If outreach volume is high but replies are low, the issue is usually the Why Now angle or persona targeting — not the offering itself.
