Everyone on your team gets their own Wyra login. Settings → Members is where you invite people, choose what each person can do, and keep track of invitations.

Invite a team member

  1. Go to Settings → Members and click Invite Team Member.
  2. Enter their business email.
  3. Pick one or more roles.
  4. Send the invite.

They get an email with a link to set up their account. Invitations expire after 7 days. If one runs out, resend it.

Org Admins and members with the Settings Manager role can invite people. Only an Org Admin can make someone else an Org Admin. You need an active subscription to send invites, and a workspace can have up to three Billing members.

AI SDRs are added from Settings → AI SDRs. The invite form covers the other roles, because each AI SDR takes a seat from your subscription and needs its own sending setup. Click the add card under Settings → AI SDRs and enter the person's email. If they're already a member, add their LinkedIn profile URL and they become an AI SDR straight away. Otherwise, Wyra invites them. Setting up an AI SDR

Roles

A member can hold several roles at once. The exception is Org Admin, which already includes almost everything: it can only be combined with AI SDR, for an admin who also runs their own outreach.

RoleCan
Org AdminEverything, including members, billing and the company picture.
Campaign ManagerRun campaigns, offerings and Interactions across the whole team.
AI SDRWork their own leads, campaigns and replies, and place calls. Takes a seat.
Settings ManagerManage infrastructure, integrations, members, calling, meetings and CRM settings, and edit the company picture.
BillingManage the subscription, payment method and invoices.
ViewerRead-only access to everything. Good for stakeholders who need visibility.
CRM ManagerFull access to the Wyra CRM, including creating and deleting records.
CRM MemberRead and update CRM records, without creating or deleting them.

One Org Admin is the Owner, the account holder. There's one Owner per workspace.

The member list

The list shows each person's name, email, roles and status. Use the tabs to filter it, and search by name or email.

TabShows
All MembersEveryone, whatever their status.
ActivePeople who accepted and can sign in.
PendingInvites sent and waiting to be accepted.
CancelledInvites withdrawn before they were accepted.
ExpiredInvites left open for more than 7 days.

To download the list as a spreadsheet, use the export button above it.

Managing members

Open the actions menu on a member's row. What you see depends on their status:

  • Resend Invitation: for pending, expired or cancelled invites. Sends a fresh link valid for another 7 days.
  • Cancel Invitation: for pending invites. The link stops working.
  • Change role: click the roles in an active member's Role column, pick the new ones and save.
  • Transfer Ownership: the Owner can hand ownership to an active Org Admin. Make the person an Org Admin first if needed.
  • Deactivate AI SDR: shuts down that person's AI SDR. You confirm with a 6-digit code sent to your email.
  • Delete: removes an active member's access. It isn't available for the Owner or for yourself.
  • Invite to Slack: appears when Slack is connected.

Removing someone who is an AI SDR

To delete a member with an active AI SDR, deactivate the AI SDR first:

  • No new campaigns can use their AI SDR, and no new prospects are selected on its behalf. People already mid-sequence still get their follow-ups. Their leads stay in Interactions.
  • After 14 days, the AI SDR is fully deactivated, and its sending domains, mailboxes and phone number are released.
  • A deactivated AI SDR can't be reactivated.

Once the AI SDR is deactivated, Delete appears in their menu if you also want to remove their access.
