Wyra can look things up and explain them while you work: your own company, a web page, a person or company in your CRM, and the documents you've uploaded. A line above each answer says what Wyra checked, so you can see where it came from.
| Ask about | What Wyra uses |
|---|---|
| Your company | Your company picture: what you do and who you sell to. |
| Offering ideas | A page you paste, or Wyra's research on your company. |
| A web page | Any public page you name. |
| A person or company | Your CRM records and the insights Wyra has researched. |
| A reason to write now | Your offering, the roles and the location you're targeting. |
| Your evidence | The artifacts you've uploaded. |
Your company picture
Wyra reads what it knows about your company before it drafts anything, so it starts every draft already knowing your business. Ask it to sum up what you do or who your ideal customers are.
If something is wrong, fix it on the Company page. See Your company picture.
Offering ideas from a link
Paste the address of a public page, such as a blog post, a product page or a partner announcement, and ask for ideas. Wyra reads the page alongside what it knows about you, and suggests two or three offerings, each with a title and a short paragraph. Nothing is saved.
Like one? Say "draft number 2". Wyra drafts it as an offering card for you to review. See Building an offering in Chat.
- "Read https://example.com/blog/new-partner-programme and suggest two or three offerings we could sell."
- "What could we sell, based on your research on us?"
Reading web pages
Wyra can read any public page you name: your own site, a prospect's site, a news story. Give the full address. If you only know the website, Wyra can list its pages and pick the right one, such as pricing or case studies.
- Pages that need a login can't be read.
- Wyra treats what a page says as information, never as instructions.
People and companies
Ask about anyone in your CRM. For people who came from Wyra's outreach, Wyra has researched a profile: a summary, their background and responsibilities, what they focus on, their challenges, recent signals and questions worth asking. Wyra gives you the top points and a button to the full Insights panel.
For a company, Wyra reads its record, recent history and notes. For someone new, Wyra can read their company's website. If you've connected AWS Partner Central, Wyra can also offer to send the person to AWS for enrichment, behind a card you approve.
- "What do we know about Priya Shah at Northwind?"
- "Give me a short brief on Contoso before my call."
Reasons to write now
Every campaign needs a "why now": what changed that makes this the moment to write. Ask Wyra for angles. It suggests them from your offering and, if you give them, the job titles and location you're targeting.
For events in your markets, such as a regulation with a deadline or a new partner programme, open Market trends on the Company page. Create campaign on a trend brings it into Chat as the start of a plan.
- "Give me three why-now angles for the Cloud Cost Review offering, for CFOs in the UK."
Your artifacts
Wyra can list the documents you've uploaded, say what each one is about, and read one in full. Before it quotes a line or repeats a figure, it checks the document's own text, and it flags any unsupported claim.
- "Which of our artifacts mention healthcare customers?"
- "What results does the Northwind case study quote?"
Getting good answers
- Name the thing: a person, a company, a document or a full web address.
- Ask one thing at a time. Short, concrete questions get the best answers.
- Check what matters. Research from public sources can be out of date, and Wyra flags any unsupported claim.
