Dashboard — The LinkedIn view

Written by the Wyra team · Last updated September 2026

Dashboard has a LinkedIn view — a dedicated view of everything your AI SDRs are doing on LinkedIn. The replies waiting on you, warm-up motion, and every action Wyra takes, all in one place and scoped to the LinkedIn channel.

Where it lives

One of four views under Dashboard.

Open Dashboard → LinkedIn in the left sidebar. Dashboard has four views: Summary is your cross-channel summary, Email and LinkedIn are the channel-deep views (this guide covers LinkedIn), and Callingholds phone analytics — Calling shows a small lock icon until your organization's calling beta request is approved, but the view is always visible. LinkedIn carries a small alert dot whenever one of your AI SDRs has a disconnected LinkedIn account. A date-range selector in the Daily Activity card header (default Last 30 days) switches the KPI cards and the chart between Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and Last 90 days. Waiting on You is not affected by the range.

Summary

Headline metrics across email and LinkedIn together — your morning briefing.

Email

The same channel-deep treatment for email, including the replies waiting on you.

LinkedIn

KPI cards, a daily activity chart, the replies waiting on you, a per-campaign breakdown, and an activity log — LinkedIn only.

Calling Beta

Phone performance. Locked until your calling beta request is approved.

The KPI strip

Your LinkedIn numbers for the selected range.

Across the top, a row of KPI cards summarizes LinkedIn outreach for the date range you've picked, in funnel order. Every card counts leads, not actions — a lead who sends three messages counts once. Two cards are always there; the rest appear once Wyra is tracking that metric for your account.

Invites Sent

Leads your AI SDRs sent a connection invite to in the selected range. Always shown.

Connections Accepted

Leads who accepted the invite. Appears once acceptance tracking has data.

Acceptance Rate

Leads who accepted as a share of leads invited, shown as a percentage.

Messages Sent

Leads your AI SDRs sent a direct message to in the selected range. Always shown.

Replies

Leads who replied to your LinkedIn outreach — counted once per lead. Appears once reply tracking has data.

Reply Rate

Leads who replied as a share of leads messaged, shown as a percentage.

Hidden means not tracked yet — not zero

If a card like Connections Accepted or Reply Rate isn't showing, Wyra isn't tracking that metric for your account yet. Rather than display a misleading 0, the card stays hidden until there's real data behind it.

Waiting on You

The LinkedIn replies that still need your answer.

Beside the Daily Activity chart, the Waiting on You panel lists LinkedIn replies Wyra has marked Interested or Action Required that nobody has answered yet. Each row shows the lead, a snippet of what they wrote, their status, and how long they have been waiting — the wait turns amber once it has gone on too long.

Reply

Opens the lead's conversation in Interactions so you can answer in context. Closing the conversation brings you straight back to this panel.

Resolve

On Action Required rows only — record the outcome and clear the lead from the queue, exactly as you would from Interactions.

Open all in Interactions →

Jumps to Interactions filtered to your Interested and Action Required LinkedIn leads, for working through the whole queue.

You’re all caught up

What the panel shows when nothing is waiting. The goal is to see this every morning.

How to read this panel

Work it top to bottom. Interested leads are your warmest conversations — reply while the interest is fresh. Action Required leads are waiting on a decision only you can make. The date-range selector doesn't touch this list: whatever range you pick, the queue is always everything still owed a reply.

Daily activity

Every LinkedIn action, day by day.

The Daily Activity chart stacks four kinds of LinkedIn action into one bar per day. Hover any day for exact counts per action type.

Profile Views
Prospect profiles Wyra viewed — a warm-up action that builds familiarity before outreach.
Post Likes
Posts Wyra liked on your behalf — also a warm-up action, not a funnel stage.
Invites Sent
Connection invites sent that day.
DMs Sent
Direct messages sent that day.

Profile views and post likes are warm-up actions, not outreach steps. Seeing views and likes alongside invites and DMs is normal and healthy: it's how Wyra keeps each account looking like a person, not a script.

Campaign breakdown

LinkedIn numbers, campaign by campaign.

The Campaign Breakdown table lists every campaign with a LinkedIn channel, each with a status pill and its LinkedIn numbers side by side — so you can see which campaigns are earning their invites.

Campaign

Campaign name and its status (active, paused, and so on).

Invites Sent

Connection invites sent for this campaign.

Accepted

Invites accepted by prospects in this campaign.

Acceptance %

Accepted as a share of invites sent.

DMs Sent

Direct messages sent for this campaign.

Replies

LinkedIn replies received for this campaign.

A dash means no data yet

Cells that show an em dash (—) aren't zeros — that metric simply isn't being tracked for the campaign yet. Like the KPI cards, the table never fakes a 0.

Activity log

A running feed of every action Wyra took.

The Activity Logreads like a timeline of plain-English entries — who did what to whom, on which campaign, and how long ago. You'll see entries like:

…sent a connect invite to a prospect

…sent a direct message to a prospect

…viewed the profile of a prospect

…followed a prospect

…liked a post by a prospect

Each entry names the AI SDR that acted, the prospect, the campaign, and a relative time. When the prospect is one of your engaged leads, their name is a link — click it to jump straight to their conversation in Interactions.

LinkedIn view vs. campaign pages

Channel view here; campaign view there.

The LinkedIn view and a campaign's own detail page answer different questions. Here you see one channel across all campaigns — including warm-up actions and the replies waiting on you, which no campaign page shows. A campaign's detail page shows one campaign across all its channels. The Campaign Breakdown table is the bridge: when a campaign's LinkedIn numbers look off, open that campaign to dig in.

LinkedIn view on Dashboard

Is my LinkedIn channel healthy?

All campaigns, one channel. The replies waiting on you, warm-up motion, daily volume, and the action-by-action log.

Campaign Detail page

Is this campaign working?

One campaign, all channels. Its prospect funnel, performance ladder, replies, and outcomes.

The Campaign Detail page

Just connected LinkedIn?

Until an AI SDR's LinkedIn account is connected, the panels show their empty states — the view notes that Wyra starts warming as soon as an account is connected. Campaigns appear in the breakdown table once LinkedIn outreach begins.
