Dashboard has an Email view — a dedicated view of everything your AI SDRs are doing by email. What went out, who replied and how, the replies waiting on you, and how each campaign is holding up, all in one place and scoped to the email channel.
Where it lives
One of four views under Dashboard.
Open Dashboard → Email in the left sidebar. Dashboard has four views: Summary is your cross-channel summary, Email and LinkedIn are the channel-deep views (this guide covers Email), and Calling holds phone analytics.
Summary
Headline metrics across email and LinkedIn together — your morning briefing.
KPI cards, a sending chart per AI SDR, reply outcomes, a per-campaign breakdown, the replies waiting on you, and an activity feed — email only.
The same channel-deep treatment for LinkedIn, including warm-up actions.
Calling Beta
Phone performance. Locked until your calling beta request is approved.
Lifetime numbers, no date picker
Unlike the LinkedIn view, the Email view has no date-range selector. Every total on the page — the KPI cards, Reply Outcomes and the Campaign Breakdown — covers your account's whole history. The one exception is the Sending Activity chart, which plots the last 90 days so the bars stay readable.
The KPI strip
Your email numbers at a glance.
Across the top, five KPI cards summarize email outreach. Emails Sent counts emails; every other card counts leads, not messages — a lead who writes back three times counts once.
Emails Sent
Every email your AI SDRs have sent, across all campaigns — each step of a sequence counts separately.
Leads Reached
Leads whose email sequence has finished, or who replied. Leads still waiting for their first email, mid-sequence, or whose email bounced don't count yet.
Reply Rate
Leads who replied as a share of Leads Reached, with the number of replying leads shown underneath (for example, “42 replies”).
Interested
Leads whose reply was marked Interested, with their share of all replies shown underneath.
Action Required
Leads whose reply needs a decision from you, with their share of all replies shown underneath.
Reply Rate = leads who replied by email ÷ leads reached by email × 100
Reply Rate uses the same email rule as the Email rate on the Summary view, so the two agree. The numbers include leads from campaigns you still have — if a campaign is deleted, its leads drop out of these totals.
No opens or clicks
Wyra doesn't track email opens or clicks, so you won't find them anywhere on this view. Replies are the signal that counts. When a rate has nothing to divide by yet — no leads reached — it shows a dash (—) rather than a misleading 0%.
Sending activity
Emails sent per day, by AI SDR.
The Sending Activity chart covers the last 90 days in two strips that share one timeline:
Hover any day for the exact count per AI SDR, or the day's reply count on the lower strip. Days are shown in your own time zone. Until anything has been sent, the chart reads No emails sent yet — Wyra starts sending as soon as a campaign with an email channel is launched.
Reply outcomes
How every reply was classified.
Beside the chart, the Reply Outcomes card sorts every lead who replied into one of five outcomes, with a bar and a count for each. The header shows the total — for example, 42 replies · lifetime — and the five bars always add up to it.
Each lead counts once, under the outcome their conversation stands at now — if you resolve an Action Required lead as Interested, it moves bars. Review replies at the bottom of the card takes you to Interactions to work through them.
Waiting on You
The email replies that still need your answer.
The Waiting on You panel lists leads whose email reply is marked Interested or Action Required and who nobody has written back to since. Each row shows the lead with their title and company, a snippet of their latest reply, the outcome, and how long they have been waiting. Newest replies are at the top.
Amber means 48 hours
The waiting time turns amber once a lead has gone more than 48 hours without an answer. Those are the rows to clear first.
Reply
Opens the lead's conversation in Interactions so you can answer in context. Closing the conversation — or pressing Back — brings you straight back to this panel, with the lead you answered gone.
Resolve
On Action Required rows only. Mark the lead Interested or Not Interested and add an optional note. It changes the lead's status only — Wyra won't send anything.

You’re all caught up
What the panel shows when nothing is waiting. The goal is to see this every morning.
A lead leaves the list as soon as someone writes back — whether you reply from Wyra or straight from the mailbox — or when you resolve it.
Campaign breakdown
Email numbers, campaign by campaign.
The Campaign Breakdown table lists every campaign that has sent email, active campaigns first and then by emails sent, six to a page. Use the arrows at the bottom to page through the rest.
Campaign
Campaign name and its status (active, paused, stopped, and so on).
Sent
Emails sent for this campaign.
Replies
Leads in this campaign who replied.
Reply %
Replying leads as a share of the campaign's reached leads — the same rule as the KPI strip.
Interested
Leads in this campaign whose reply was marked Interested.
Health
A quick verdict on the campaign's reply rate — see below.
Wyra only judges a campaign once there is enough behind it to judge fairly. The Health column works like this:
Needs data
The campaign has sent fewer than 200 emails, is less than 7 days old, or hasn't reached any leads yet. An early campaign with no replies isn't failing — it just hasn't been measured.
Healthy
At least 200 emails sent, at least 7 days old, and a reply rate of 2% or more.
Underperforming
At least 200 emails sent, at least 7 days old, and a reply rate below 2%. Worth opening the campaign to look at its audience and messaging.
Why 2% reads higher than industry charts
Wyra's reply rate is per lead reached, not per email delivered, so it runs higher than benchmarks you'll see quoted elsewhere. Stopped campaigns show a dash (—) in the Health column, since there's nothing left to act on.
Activity feed
Every send and reply, newest first.
At the bottom, the Activity card lists every email sent and every reply received, newest first. Scroll down and older entries keep loading. Each row has five columns: Event, Lead, Email, Campaign, and When.
Sent — An email went out to the lead.
Interested — The lead replied with interest.
Out of office — An out-of-office reply came back.
Needs you — A reply that needs a decision from you.
Not interested — The lead declined.
Unsubscribed — The lead asked not to be contacted again.
Lead
Name, title and company. Click the name to open the lead's conversation in Interactions.
The subject line and the first line of the message. Hover the preview to read the whole email.
Campaign
Click the campaign name to open a summary of that campaign — its audience, persona and messaging — without leaving the page.
Email view vs. campaign pages
Channel view here; campaign view there.
The Email view and a campaign's own detail page answer different questions. Here you see one channel across all campaigns, including the replies waiting on you. A campaign's detail page shows one campaign across all its channels. The Campaign Breakdown table is the bridge: when a campaign reads Underperforming, open that campaign to dig in.
