The Sending Schedule decides when your AI SDR reaches out — which days of the week it sends, the hours it stays inside, and the timezone those hours are measured in. One schedule governs both email and LinkedIn, so all of your outreach lands during real working hours.
Where to find it
A tab inside Configure AI SDR.
Go to Company → AI SDR, open the card for the AI SDR you want to adjust, and click Configure. In the Configure AI SDR window you'll see two tabs — Profile and Sending Schedule. Open Sending Schedule, set your days, hours, and timezone, then click Save Schedule. Changes take effect on the next send.
What you control
Three settings, one sending window.
Days of the week
Toggle each day on or off — Monday through Sunday. On enabled days your AI SDR sends within your hours; on disabled days it sends nothing and resumes on the next enabled day. Most teams keep Monday–Friday on and weekends off.
Business hours
Set a Start from and Until time — for example 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Outreach only goes out between those two times, so messages arrive when prospects are actually at their desks rather than overnight.
Timezone
Pick the timezone your hours are measured in — for example (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada). Your start and end times always follow this timezone, so the window stays correct no matter where you or your prospects are based.
Email and LinkedIn together
One schedule covers every channel.
The Sending Schedule applies to both channels at once. Emails, LinkedIn connection requests, and LinkedIn messages all respect the same days, hours, and timezone — there's no separate setting per channel. Set it once and every outbound touch your AI SDR makes stays inside the window.

Outreach that arrives during business hours reads as a real person working their day — not an overnight batch job. Staying inside human hours protects deliverability, keeps LinkedIn activity looking natural, and gives prospects a reason to reply while your message is still at the top of their inbox.
One schedule per AI SDR
Each AI SDR keeps its own schedule.
The schedule is set per AI SDR, not per campaign. Every AI SDR carries its own days, hours, and timezone, so a teammate selling into the West Coast can send on Pacific hours while you send on Eastern — even when you're both running the same campaign. The schedule follows the AI SDR across all the campaigns it's assigned to.
Schedule vs. warmup
The schedule sets when; warmup sets how much.
The Sending Schedule and the warmup period are two different controls. Your schedule decides the days and hours outreach can go out. Warmup decides the volume — a new AI SDR ramps up gradually over its first 14 days regardless of how wide your window is. During warmup you'll still see lower volume even with every weekday enabled; that's expected, and it isn't a problem with your schedule.

A few habits that pay off.
Do
Match your prospects' timezone
Set the timezone to where most of your prospects work, not where you sit. A 9–5 Eastern window lands mid-morning for an East Coast buyer and early for the West Coast — exactly when inboxes get checked.
Do
Keep weekends off by default
Business outreach that arrives on a Saturday tends to get buried by Monday. Leaving Saturday and Sunday off keeps your messages near the top when prospects are actually working.
Don't
Don't make the window too narrow
A one- or two-hour window throttles how much your AI SDR can get through in a day. Give it a full business day so it can pace outreach naturally across the hours.

Don't expect instant sends after saving
Outreach flows out across your window — it isn't all sent the moment you hit Save. If today's window has already passed, sending resumes at the next enabled day and start time.
