Three things decide how much an AI SDR sends: its sending schedule (when), warm-up (how much, while it's new), and staying within LinkedIn's limits. Wyra handles the pacing. This article explains what to expect.
The sending schedule
Go to Settings → AI SDRs, click the gear on the AI SDR's card, and open the Sending Schedule tab. Only the person who owns the AI SDR sees this tab.

Click Save Schedule. Changes apply from the next send. Each AI SDR has its own schedule, and it applies to every campaign that AI SDR sends for.
Email and LinkedIn differ. The days and hours apply to email. LinkedIn follows the timezone only, and paces its own activity through the day, spacing actions several minutes apart the way a person would.
Email warmup
Wyra sets up new mailboxes and domains for every AI SDR. Email providers treat new mailboxes with suspicion. Sending too much too soon lands mail in spam.
So email has a warm-up period of about 14 days. There's some sending from the start, and full capacity is reached after the warm-up. Campaigns you launch in the meantime send less: that's expected, and it protects every email that follows.
- Launch campaigns during warmup.
- Replies can arrive from the first day.

LinkedIn warm-up and limits
LinkedIn has its own warm-up period of about 14 days, counted from when the AI SDR's LinkedIn account is connected. There's a little activity during the warm-up, and full capacity is reached after it. From then on, Wyra keeps each AI SDR well inside LinkedIn's limits and withdraws invites that sit unaccepted too long, because too many open invites can get an account restricted.

How much can a campaign send today?
Ask Wyra in Chat. It works it out from the campaign's AI SDRs, their warmup and their schedules:

- "Which of my AI SDRs are still warming up?"
Capacity: 5 active campaigns per AI SDR
Each AI SDR can run up to 5 active campaigns at once. Only active campaigns count. An AI SDR at its limit shows as At capacity in the campaign builder, and resuming a campaign that uses it is refused until you pause another.
An AI SDR's mailboxes and LinkedIn account share one daily pace across all its campaigns. More AI SDRs means more capacity.
