Meetings from Chat

Ask Wyra about your meetings: what's coming up, what was said, and what was agreed. You can also send Wyra Notetaker to a meeting from a link. Wyra reads the notes for you, and any change still needs your approval.

Listing your meetings

Ask for your meetings and Wyra shows them as a card. It uses the same four groups as the Meetings page:

GroupWhat it holds
UpcomingMeetings Wyra Notetaker is scheduled to join, or is recording now.
PastRecorded meetings, including those whose notes are still being prepared.
Needs attentionMeetings that need a person: consent, an opportunity to pick, or a failed join.
UnassignedMeetings waiting for an owner.

Each row shows the title, date, status, platform, linked opportunity, owner and how many action items the notes hold. A status might read "Notes ready" or "Couldn't join". Click Notes on a row to open the meeting, or Open all in Meetings at the foot of the card.

  • "What meetings do I have coming up?"
  • "Show me my past meetings."
  • "Which meetings need an opportunity?"
  • "Did Wyra join the Acme call, and if not, why?"

To look up one meeting, name its title, the company or a person who was on it.

Summarising a meeting

Ask what happened in a recorded meeting. Wyra answers from the meeting's notes:

  • a summary in two or three sentences
  • the action items, each with its owner and when it's due, where someone said so
  • commitments, pain points, objections and next steps
  • numbers quoted, and any signals about the opportunity's stage or amount

Every point is tied to the moment it was said. Ask "when did they say that?" and Wyra gives you the time in the recording, so you can locate it in the transcript.

  • "Summarise my most recent meeting with notes."
  • "What were the action items from the Acme call?"
  • "What objections came up in my last three meetings?"
  • "What numbers did Contoso quote?"

Proposed CRM updates from a meeting

After a meeting, Wyra proposes updates to the linked opportunity: a note, tasks from the action items, new people, and sometimes a new stage or amount. Chat tells you how many are waiting, such as "10 proposed CRM writes are waiting for review on the meeting's page".

Open the meeting and use Review CRM writes to choose what goes in. Wyra writes to the CRM when you apply it.

To change an opportunity yourself after a call, ask Wyra in the same conversation, for example "Add a note to the Acme opportunity with today's next steps". That comes back as a CRM card to approve. See Working your CRM from Chat.

Sending Wyra Notetaker to a meeting

Paste a Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link, and say when the meeting starts and what it's about.

  • "Send the Notetaker to this meeting: [link]. It starts at 3pm Eastern tomorrow, a technical deep-dive with Acme."
  1. Wyra asks for anything missing: the start time, your time zone, what the meeting is, and how long the Notetaker should stay (30, 45 or 60 minutes).
  2. It shows a card with the title, link, time and length.
  3. Click Join meeting on the card. Wyra schedules the Notetaker when you press the button.

Wyra Notetaker joins a minute before the start, records the call and writes the notes. It joins as Wyra Notetaker, and attendees see it in the participant list. Once you approve, the card shows a status line, for example if the month's recorded hours are used up.

Future meetings only. The Notetaker can't join a meeting that has already started or finished. It doesn't join webinars.

Recordings are kept for 30 days. After that the audio and video are deleted, and the transcript and notes stay with the opportunity.

You can also invite Wyra by adding it to the meeting invite. See Meetings: inviting Wyra and scheduling links.
