Interactions Overview

Written by the Wyra team · Last updated May 2026

Interactions is where your campaigns come alive — every prospect your AI SDR has touched, every conversation in one place, and the intelligence to know exactly what to do next.

What Interactions is

Your campaign inbox and lead intelligence hub in one.

Every prospect your campaigns have reached appears here — with their full outreach history, enriched profile, and AI-generated insights about their role, company, and fit for your offering. It's where you review what's happening, step into conversations, leave internal notes, call the right people, and push qualified prospects to your CRM.

What Wyra handles automatically

Every prospect response is classified by sentiment — Wyra determines the intent behind each reply and responds accordingly.

Wyra auto-replies to all responses by default — interested replies, questions, objections, Out of Office, and everything in between. Sentiment classification drives the right reply for each response type.

When Wyra cannot confidently auto-respond — ambiguity, a referral contact in an Out of Office, or a question that needs a human answer — the lead is flagged as Action Required so you can step in.

When you want to take over a conversation personally, Reply by is always available — with an AI-suggested reply built from the full conversation context ready to review, edit, and send.

The interactions table

A redesigned, real-time view of every prospect your campaigns have touched.

Across the top, a row of status pills lets you filter the table instantly — All, Interested, Warm, Out of Office, Nurturing, Reached, Action Required, and Bookmarked. A search box (⌘K / Ctrl+K) finds prospects, companies, or emails across the list.

Activity

Date of the most recent touchpoint across any channel. The first column also holds the notebook icon to add or view notes.

Prospect

Name, title, and an Outreach Score badge so you can spot the most engaged leads at a glance.

Company

Company name and industry tag.

What’s Happening

A two-line preview — the opening line of the latest message in the thread plus the lead’s current status badge. See what’s going on without opening the conversation.

Campaign

Which campaign the lead came from. Hovering or clicking opens a quick read-only preview of the campaign’s setup.

Channels

Three icons showing which channels are active for this lead — Email, LinkedIn, and Phone. Active channels glow; inactive channels are dimmed.

Actions

Three inline buttons — Reply by, Push to CRM, and Stop future automated emails — always visible on every row, no hover required.

What's Happening, in plain English

Think of it like the preview pane in an inbox. You see the first line of the most recent message in the thread alongside the lead's status badge and any action required, so you can scan the table and know exactly which leads need your attention without opening a single conversation.

Lead statuses

What each status tells you — and what to do about it.

Nurturing

Wyra is still working this lead. More touchpoints are planned and no reply has come in yet.

Reached

Wyra has completed its meaningful touchpoints for this lead’s channel mix. No reply yet.

Replied

The prospect responded. Wyra has auto-replied. Check the conversation if you want to step in personally.

Interested

Wyra classified the reply as positive intent and has responded. Consider stepping in personally to move toward a meeting.

Action Required

Wyra needs a human — ambiguity in the reply, a mentioned referral, or a question Wyra won’t answer on its own. Step in via Reply by.

Out of Office

Wyra auto-replied and the lead’s sequence is paused until the date they’ll be back.

Not Interested

The prospect declined. Wyra handles this gracefully — no further automated outreach is sent.

Unsubscribed

The prospect opted out. No further outreach of any kind.

Warm and Bookmarked

Warm isn't a status of its own — it's a combined view that includes leads currently in Action Required or Not Interested, so any reply that still warrants a follow-up is one click away. The lead's underlying status stays as Action Required or Not Interested. Bookmarkedisn't a status either — it's a saved filter for prospects you want to come back to.

Filters

A slide-out panel with every filter you need.

Click the filter icon next to the search box to open the Filters panel. Combine any filters across the groups below, then Apply or Clear all.

Out of Office, Not Interested, Unsubscribed.

Outreach Score

A range slider from 50 to 100, plus a sort selector for Latest First or Highest Score.

Activity Date

A From / To date picker to scope the table to a window of activity.

Notes

Leave internal notes on any lead — and see them in the thread.

Notes are where you record internal context on a lead — anything from a reminder to a piece of insight your team should see. Notes are internal only and never sent to the lead.

From the table row

Click the notebook icon in the first column of any row to open the Notes popover. Add a note in the compose box and save.

From inside the conversation

Open any lead to bring up the contact drawer, then click Add a note at the footer. Your note shows up inline in the thread with author and timestamp.

Inside a lead's conversation

Click any prospect to open the contact drawer.

Clicking a prospect opens a two-panel view. The left panel shows all engaged prospects with quick filter tabs. The right panel shows the selected prospect across three tabs.

Messages

The full chronological thread — every email, every reply, every LinkedIn message — tagged by channel. Reply by composer at the footer for when you want to step in.

Insights

Deep research on the prospect — summary, background, discovery questions, talking points, Why Now, company intel, and a suggested outreach opener. Download Insights as a PDF for offline call prep.

Replying to a prospect

Wyra replies automatically. You step in whenever you choose.

How replies work

Default

Wyra auto-replies to every response

Sentiment classification drives the right reply for each response type — an interested reply gets a different response than an OOO, an objection, or a question. Every response is handled without any action from you.

Override

Reply by — when you want to take over

Open any lead’s conversation and click Reply by. Wyra surfaces an AI-suggested reply written from the full context of the conversation thread. Review it, edit if needed, and send — or write your own from scratch.

Per lead

Stop future automated emails for a specific lead

Use the Stop future automated emails button on a row when you want Wyra to stop sending autonomous emails to that specific lead. Wyra will no longer auto-reply to them — you can still send manual replies any time using Reply by. This is per lead and does not affect the rest of the campaign.

When to step in personally

Filter by Interested every morning. These are the leads Wyra has already engaged positively — they're warm and moving. A personal reply from you at this point, rather than another automated message, is what converts interest into a booked meeting. Speed matters — reply the same day.

Pushing leads to your CRM

One click from the table or the drawer.

With a CRM connected, push an individual lead to your CRM directly from the Actions column on any row, or from inside the contact drawer when you're reviewing a specific prospect. The push includes the lead's details, status, and recent activity.

Connecting your CRM

Calling

In-browser calling from the lead drawer.

Beta

Calling is in beta at launch. US numbers are supported today; more geographies are rolling out soon. Access is granted by the Wyra team after a quick review — request access from the Phone icon. Soft limits will be shared with you when calling is enabled on your account.

Once calling is enabled, the dialer lives inside the contact drawer. Open any lead, dial from the dialer card, and the prospect will see the AI SDR's assigned number as caller ID.

Exporting interactions

Export to CSV — filtered or everything.

Click the Export button next to the filters icon. Choose Export filtered results to download only what matches your current filters, or Export all interactionsfor every interaction in your org. Exports run in the background as a job — you'll receive a notification when your file is ready, and the file shows up under Settings → Exports where past exports stay available for re-download.
