Wyra never changes anything on its own in Chat. When it wants to create, change or delete something, it shows you a card with exactly what it proposes, and waits for you.
What a card shows
A card names what it changes (an offering, a campaign, a CRM record) and shows the proposal itself: the offering text, the campaign plan, or a record's fields before and after. While it waits for you, it's marked Needs your approval, and most cards carry the line:
Click a document card's title to read the whole proposal in a side panel. What you read there is the card's proposal. It's saved when you approve.
Your three choices
- Approve. The button says what it does, such as Approve & save, Launch campaign or Pause campaign. That click is the only moment anything is created, changed or sent.
- Ask for changes. Say what you want in the conversation: "make the tone warmer", "drop Canada", "add an objections section". Wyra draws a revised card in place of the old one. Revise as often as you like.
- Discard. Drops the proposal. The card then reads "You discarded this. Nothing was changed."
For changes that stay inside Wyra and can be changed again, such as saving an offering, a campaign plan or a CRM note, you can also answer in words: "yes, save it" or "no, drop that". If your answer is unclear, Wyra asks.
Anything that can't be undone, or that reaches outside Wyra, needs the button. That covers launching, pausing, resuming or stopping a campaign, switching auto-replies, deleting, sending the notetaker to a meeting, and every change for AWS Partner Central.
Cards you'll see
| Card | Buttons |
|---|---|
| New or updated offering | Approve & save, Discard, and Download to keep a copy of the draft. |
| Campaign plan | Approve plan, Discard. Approving keeps the plan in your conversation. To create the campaign, use Save as a campaign. |
| Message framework | Use in campaign plan or Save framework, and Discard. |
| Save as a campaign | Save draft, Discard. Creates a draft campaign. |
| Launch a campaign | Launch campaign, Discard. Saves the campaign and starts outreach to real people. |
| Edit a draft or paused campaign | Approve, Discard. Shows each change before and after. |
| Pause, resume or stop | Pause campaign, Resume campaign or Stop campaign, and Discard. |
| Auto-replies | Turn auto-replies on or Turn auto-replies off, and Discard. |
| Delete a draft campaign | Delete draft, Discard. |
| CRM change | A new record, a note, changed fields or a deletion, one record per card. In the CRM the card shows each field before and after, with Approve (Delete for a deletion) and Discard. |
| Send the notetaker | Join meeting, Discard. Shows the link, platform, start time and length. |
Approving a campaign card is checked against the campaign as it is now. If it changed after the card was drafted, the campaign keeps its current version, and Wyra can draft the change again. A CRM change works the same way: if someone edits the record before you approve, their edit is kept and the change is refused.
Cards for permanent actions
Some approvals start or end something for good. Their cards tell you exactly what happens before you approve.
- Launching a campaign. Approving starts email and LinkedIn messages to real people, from the AI SDRs named on the card. Messages that go out stay sent. You can pause or stop the campaign at any time.
- Pausing a campaign. Wyra stops adding new prospects, and people already mid-sequence still get their follow-ups. Resume whenever you're ready.
- Stopping a campaign. The campaign ends for good: no new prospects, and follow-ups to people mid-sequence are cancelled. To take a break, pause instead.
- Deleting. A deleted draft campaign, CRM opportunity or task is gone for good.
- Sharing with AWS Partner Central. AWS keeps what it's sent.
Cards for AWS Partner Central
Work on AWS opportunities from the CRM assistant beside the opportunity. There, cards that would send something to AWS Partner Central are marked AWS and outlined in amber, so you can tell them apart from changes that stay in Wyra.
- Sharing an opportunity uses Submit to AWS. The card shows the AWS sales team access you chose, Full or Limited. Change it in the conversation before you approve.
- Updating an opportunity saves the change in Wyra first. It goes to AWS when you click Push to AWS, which appears under the approved card.
- Moving an opportunity's stage moves the Wyra stage. AWS moves only when you choose to, with Update AWS on the opportunity.
See Sharing opportunities with AWS Partner Central.
After you decide
Cards stay in the conversation, marked Approved or Discarded, so you can always see what was decided. A line under the card says what happened and what comes next.
A card waits until you approve it, discard it, ask for a change, or go on to have Wyra make a different change. In that last case the old card is marked not saved and can't be approved. Ask Wyra again when you're ready. Questions and look-ups in between leave the card waiting.
Each approval is checked against your role when you click. You can approve the changes your role allows.
Things that look like cards: drafts, figures and lists
- Reply drafts are marked Draft, not sent. Reply opens your composer with the text, and you send it yourself. Copy copies it, and you can switch the draft to email or LinkedIn.
- Figures show a number and its trend. Add to Dashboard puts it on your Dashboard.
- Lists of leads or meetings link to each one, and to the full list in Interactions or Meetings.
