Wyra sends outreach from dedicated sending domains and mailboxes, separate from your main company email. Wyra sets them up for you. Settings → Infrastructure is where you see them.
Set up by Wyra
Once your subscription is active, Wyra registers your sending domains, creates the mailboxes on them and starts warming them up. Wyra handles all of it. The page is read-only. For a change, contact your Wyra account manager or support.
Before your subscription is active, the page explains that your infrastructure is set up automatically once it starts.
Why separate sending domains
Email providers judge every sender by its reputation. A single mailbox that suddenly sends hundreds of cold emails looks like spam, and if your main domain gets flagged, every email your company sends suffers, including invoices and replies to customers.
Wyra avoids that in two ways:
- Your main domain is never used for outreach. The sending domains are separate, so their reputation is kept apart from your company's.
- Volume is spread across many mailboxes. Each mailbox sends a modest number of emails a day, the way a person would. Together they add up to your campaign's volume.
So when you see many domains and mailboxes, that's your sending capacity.
Built for deliverability
Wyra engineered its email infrastructure for high deliverability, and manages it for you behind the scenes, including regular inbox placement tests.
How warmup works
A new mailbox builds its reputation gradually, so it starts small. There's a warm-up period of about 14 days: some sending from the start, and full capacity after it. Wyra runs the warm-up for you.
What you see on the page
Totals sit at the top:
| Total | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total Domains | How many sending domains Wyra has set up for you. |
| Total Email Accounts | How many mailboxes there are across those domains. |
Below them are two tabs. Each has a search box and an Export button that downloads the list as a CSV.
- Domains: each sending domain, how many mailboxes it has, and its status.
- Email Accounts: each mailbox and its status.
Active means the domain or mailbox is sending normally. Inactive means it has stopped sending. If something shows Inactive unexpectedly, contact your account manager.
