Wyra picks up your logo, colours and typeface from your website, and shows your company the way you named it on the welcome screen. Two settings pages let you correct any of it: Brand and Company.
Both are under Settings, in the Platform Settings group. Everyone who can see the company picture can open Brand. Changes are made by people who manage the company picture (Org Admin and Settings). Company is for Org Admins.
Brand
| Setting | What to do |
|---|---|
| Logo | Your full logo, as shown on the Company page. Click Replace (or Upload, if Wyra is showing your initials) and choose a PNG, JPEG or WebP file up to 1 MB. |
| Icon | A square version of your logo for small spaces, such as lists and browser tabs. PNG, SVG or ICO, up to 512 KB, and it must be square. If you skip it, small spaces show your initials. |
| Colours | Primary, secondary and accent. Click a colour sample to pick a new one; the hex code shows beside it. Changes are marked Unsaved changes until you click Save. |
| Typeface | The font Wyra detected on your website. Click Change to correct it. |
If Wyra couldn't locate a colour or typeface on the pages it checked, the setting says so. Add it yourself. Anything you upload or set here takes priority over what Wyra read from your site.
Your logo also shows in the header of the Company page. If it's showing your initials there, hover over the tile and click the pencil to go straight to Brand.
Company
Name and websites
- Shown as: how your company name appears across Wyra, including in what Wyra writes. The legal name Wyra found stays on record; this only changes how you're shown.
- Other websites you use: add any other domain your company operates under, such as a regional site or a brand you acquired. Wyra uses them to match your company in its data. Your main website can't be changed here.
Read the website again
After you've changed your website, for example a new services page or new case studies, click Read the website again. Wyra reads your website, its own company data and your brand again.
You can do this once a day. If a reading is already under way, or the last one was recent, Wyra tells you when you can try again. Wyra reads your site regularly on its own, so routine updates happen automatically.
If your workspace has more than one company, choose the company at the top of the page first.
