Everyone on your team uses Wyra a little differently. Find your role below for where to start and what to do each day.
Sales leaders and founders
You decide what Wyra sells and to whom. Your time goes into the inputs that shape every campaign, and into reading what's working.
- Teach Wyra your business on the Company page: what you sell, who you sell to, which customers Wyra may name. Answer Wyra's questions as they come.
- Own the offerings. Their proof and objection handling decide what Wyra says, and what it can answer on its own.
- Review weekly on the Dashboard, or ask Wyra in Chat how campaigns are doing and what to change. Turn strong market trends into new campaigns.

Reps working leads and meetings
Wyra runs the outreach and the conversations it can handle. Your day is the conversations that need you.
- Clear Action required in Interactions. These are replies Wyra handed to you. Reply, or Resolve them.
- Call the people who engaged. Wyra looks up phone numbers through your integrations, and you call from the built-in dialer. Recorded calls come with a transcript and a summary.
- Invite Wyra to your meetings and approve the suggested updates afterwards.
- Keep the CRM moving: update opportunities and tasks, from the CRM or by asking Wyra in Chat.

Admins
You keep the workspace running: people, access, and the settings every campaign depends on.
- Members and roles: invite people and give each the right role. AI SDR seats are added under Settings → AI SDRs.
- Integrations: connect your CRM, and AWS Partner Central if you sell with AWS.
- Guardrails: the Unsubscribe List, meeting recording and consent settings, and calling numbers for each country you call.
- Billing: plan, payment method and invoices.

Partner and alliance teams
If you sell with AWS, Wyra connects your pipeline to AWS Partner Central, so the opportunities your campaigns create can be shared with AWS from the same place you work them.
- Connect AWS Partner Central under Settings → Integrations.
- Share opportunities with AWS. Updates from AWS arrive in Wyra automatically. AWS changes only with your yes: edits go when you click Push to AWS, and each stage move asks Move AWS too? AWS locks some fields once it approves an opportunity.
- Keep your partner profile and credentials current on the Company page. They shape the trends and the routes to buyers Wyra brings you.
