Ask Wyra for a number and it answers with a live figure card. Add any card to your Dashboard with one click, or ask Wyra to review how your campaigns are doing.
Asking for a figure
Ask in plain words. Name the figure and, if you like, a period, a campaign or a channel.
- "What was my email reply rate over the last 30 days?"
- "How many interested replies did we get this week?"
- "Emails sent last week compared with the week before."
- "Interested replies by campaign for the last 30 days."
- "What's our LinkedIn acceptance rate this quarter?"
- "Emails sent, replies and interested last week."
The figures are worked out exactly as the Dashboard and Interactions work them out, so the numbers always agree.
What the answer looks like
Each answer is a card:
- The title names the figure, such as Reply rate.
- The line under it says the period and how it's counted, such as "Last 30 days · by send date".
- The headline number, with its trend over the period.
- + Add to Dashboard, and an Open Overview link above the card.
Wyra adds one line with the dates the figure covers. Ask for two to four figures over the same period and they share one card. Ask for a figure "by campaign", "by AI SDR" or "by channel" and you get a breakdown; name two of these and you get a grid.
Periods
Periods end now. Wyra uses the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days, or all time. "This month" means the last 30 days, and "this quarter" the last 90. Wyra tells you which period it used. A comparison with the previous period is available for emails sent and leads contacted.
Figures you can ask for
| Group | Figures |
|---|---|
| Emails sent, leads contacted, leads reached, replies, reply rate, interested, unsubscribed, and replies waiting on a person. These count the leads emailed in the period, with their status as of now. | |
| Replies received | Replied, interested, not interested, Action required, out of office, unsubscribed, reached, nurturing and connections accepted, counted by when the reply or activity happened. Every channel together, or one channel. These match the counts in Interactions. |
| Reply rate, replies, messages sent, invites sent, connections accepted and acceptance rate. | |
| Tags | How many leads carry each tag, including the custom tags your team created. |
| All time | The Overview's totals: leads reached, emails sent, replies, LinkedIn messages sent, connections accepted, reply rate, email reply rate, leads in nurturing, and qualified leads split by status. |
Reply rates come per channel. Ask for a combined one and Wyra gives you the email and the LinkedIn rate on separate cards.
All-time figures cover the whole workspace. LinkedIn figures can be narrowed to a campaign.
Adding a figure to your Dashboard
Click + Add to Dashboard on any figure card. The button changes to Added, and the card becomes a widget at the bottom of your Dashboard Overview. Breakdowns and multi-figure cards come across whole.
- The widget stays live and recalculates with the same settings.
- Its menu has Open in chat to return to the conversation, and Remove to take it off.
- Use Edit layout on the Overview to move or resize it, as with any other tile.
- Your layout is personal. A widget you add appears on your Overview only.
This is how you build a dashboard from Chat: ask for the figures you check most, and add each one.

Reviewing campaign performance
Ask how your campaigns are doing and Wyra reviews your most recent ones, whatever their status. For each campaign it gives leads emailed, replies, reply rate and interested on email, and leads messaged, replies, reply rate and connections accepted on LinkedIn.
- "How are my campaigns doing?"
- "What's working and what isn't?"
- "Review my paused campaigns."
Wyra points to the campaign to build on only when it has enough volume to judge. Until one has, it says so. When one stands out, ask Wyra to plan a new campaign on the same offering. See Planning and launching a campaign in Chat.
Calls and meetings
Call and meeting figures have their own pages. For calls, use the Calling dashboard. For meetings, use the Meetings page.
