Every update, improvement, and new capability — as it ships.

New

Home replaces Dashboard with Overview & Calling tabs — plus a per-AI-SDR Sending Schedule.

Dashboard is now Home, reorganized into two tabs: Overview — your familiar top-line summary across email and LinkedIn — and Calling, a new beta analytics view of how your AI SDRs are performing on the phone. And every AI SDR now has a Sending Schedule: choose the days, business hours, and timezone your outreach goes out in, governing both email and LinkedIn at once.

Home
Dashboard is now Home, with Overview and Calling tabs

The top-navigation Dashboard item is now Home. It holds two tabs so each kind of performance gets the room it needs as we add new surfaces. Overview is your existing at-a-glance summary — Leads Reached, Reply Rate, Reply Intelligence, activity charts, demographics, and efficiency. Calling is a new, dedicated analytics view for the phone.

A new Calling analytics tab (Beta)

The Calling tab shows how your AI SDRs are performing on the phone: top-line cards for Dials, Connect Rate, Conversations, Avg Call Duration, and Total Talk Time, plus a Call Volume chart, a Call Outcomes breakdown, Performance by AI SDR, and a Recent Calls feed. Calling is in beta — anyone can request beta access, get a Wyra number, and dial prospects straight from the browser.

AI SDR
Sending Schedule — control when your AI SDR reaches out

Open Configure AI SDR and you'll find a new Sending Schedule tab next to Profile. Toggle which days of the week sending is on (most teams keep Monday–Friday and leave weekends off), set your business hours with a start and end time, and pick the timezone those hours follow. One schedule governs both email and LinkedIn, so every outbound touch lands inside real working hours. The schedule is set per AI SDR, so each teammate can send on the hours that fit their territory. It works alongside warmup — the schedule controls when outreach sends, warmup controls how much.

New

A redesigned Dashboard, Interactions, and Campaigns — plus Notes, Calling, and Exports.

A platform-wide refresh across the surfaces you spend the most time in. A clearer Dashboard with new top-line metrics, a fully rebuilt Interactions table with leave-a-note and per-lead controls, a redesigned Campaigns list with health, pool size, and a permanent stop, in-browser Calling in beta, and a new Exports tab in Settings.

Dashboard
A redesigned Dashboard with new key metrics

Six top-of-page metric cards: Leads Reached, Nurturing Leads, Emails Sent, Connections Sent, Conversations Initiated, and Reply Rate.

Leads Reached counts every lead Wyra has completed its meaningful set of touchpoints for — for an email-only lead that means the full email sequence has run, and for a lead set up for email and LinkedIn it means both sequences are complete. Until then, the lead sits in Nurturing.

Reply Rate is computed as (Interested + Warm + Out of Office + Unsubscribed) ÷ Leads Reached × 100. For example, with 22 Interested + 4 Warm + 6 Out of Office + 0 Unsubscribed across 583 Leads Reached, the Reply Rate is 32 / 583 × 100 ≈ 5.5%.

Reply Intelligence at a glance

A new Reply Intelligence card surfaces four counts — Interested, Warm, Out of Office, and Unsubscribed — alongside a live feed of your most recent Interested leads. Warm is a combined view of leads currently in Action Required or Not Interested, so any reply that still warrants a follow-up is one click away. Click any lead in the feed to jump straight to that conversation in Interactions.

Campaigns snapshot with View all

The Dashboard now shows a snapshot of your top campaigns with leads, sent, and replied counts at a glance. Click View all to jump into Outreach → Campaigns for the full list, filters, and per-campaign actions.

Refreshed activity and demographic chartsImproved

LinkedIn Activity, Email Activity, Top Industries, and Business Sizes have all been refreshed for cleaner reading and full light-mode support. Quick Actions — Create Offering and Create Campaign — stay where you expect them.

Interactions
A brand-new Interactions table

The Interactions table has been rebuilt from the ground up. At the top, a row of status pills lets you filter instantly: All, Interested, Warm, Out of Office, Nurturing, Reached, Action Required, and Bookmarked. A new in-table search box (⌘K / Ctrl+K) finds prospects, companies, or emails. Every row now shows inline actions — Reply, Push to CRM, and Stop future automated emails — always visible, no hover required.

What’s Happening — the latest thread, at a glance

A new What’s Happening column shows the first line of the most recent message in the thread along with the lead’s current status and any action required — think of it like the preview text in your inbox. You can see what’s going on with a lead without opening the conversation.

Notes — leave internal notes on any lead

You can now leave internal notes on a lead from the notebook icon in the Interactions table row, or from inside the contact drawer using Add a note. Notes appear inline in the conversation thread with author and timestamp so the full context lives in one place. Notes are internal only — they are never sent to the lead.

Stop future automated emails for a specific lead

When you want Wyra to stop sending autonomous emails to a specific lead — without stopping the whole campaign — use the new per-row Stop future automated emails control. Wyra will not auto-reply to that lead going forward. You can still send manual replies any time using Reply by.

Calling — in-browser calls from the lead drawer (Beta)

You can now make calls directly from inside the contact drawer in Interactions. Calling is in beta at launch and currently supports US numbers, with more geographies coming soon. Access is granted by the Wyra team after a quick review — request access from the Phone icon. Soft limits will be shared with you once calling is enabled on your account.

A new Filters panel

A new slide-out Filters drawer brings every interaction filter into one place: Campaign, AI SDR, Active statuses (Replied, Nurturing, Reached, Interested, Warm, Action Required, Bookmarked), On Hold statuses (Out of Office, Not Interested, Unsubscribed), an Outreach Score range, sort order, and an Activity date range. Apply and clear filters from one button.

Export interactions to CSV

A new Export button lets you download your interactions — either the filtered view or everything in your org. Exports run in the background as a job; you’ll receive a notification when your file is ready to download from Settings → Exports. Past exports stay available there so you can grab them again later.

Outreach
A redesigned Campaigns list

The Campaigns list has been redesigned with nine columns — Pool, Campaign, Targeting, Nurturing, Qualified, Response, Replies, AI SDR, and Actions — and grouped into Active, Paused, and Stopped sections so you can focus on what’s running today and collapse the rest.

Campaign KPIs at the top of the page

A new summary strip across the top of the Campaigns page shows Persona pool reached, Nurturing now, Qualified, Reply rate, and AI SDR status — aggregated across all your active campaigns.

Pool size and qualified leads at a glance

Every campaign row now shows a Pool donut. Hover the donut to see the total Pool Size and the number of Qualified Leads for that campaign.

Campaign health tags

Active campaigns now carry a health tag: Performing, Maturing, or Pool exhausted. Pool exhausted is a signal to widen your persona so Wyra can keep finding qualified leads.

Stop Campaign Permanently

A new Stop action in the Actions column permanently halts all future emails and messages for every prospect in a campaign. Stopping is permanent and cannot be undone — a campaign cannot be restarted or resumed once stopped. A confirmation modal makes the consequences explicit before you commit. Stopped campaigns move to their own collapsible Stopped section.

Campaign preview from the offering pill

Click the offering pill on any campaign row to open a read-only preview showing AI SDRs assigned, Value Proposition, Persona, and Messaging — a quick way to verify the setup of a live campaign without leaving the list.

Settings
A new Exports tab

Settings now has an Exports tab that tracks every interaction export you’ve run. Each entry shows the filename, type (filtered or all), date, row count, status, and a download button when the file is ready. You’ll also receive a notification when an export finishes processing so you can come back and grab it.

Improvement

The biggest update to Interactions and Campaigns yet.

Fifteen updates across the platform — new intelligence directly inside the interaction modal, a rebuilt campaign creation flow, smarter targeting, multi-language messaging, and a set of improvements that make every step from prospect to pipeline faster and more precise.

Interactions
Deep Research Insights — now inside every interaction modal

Click any prospect row to open the interaction modal. By default it shows your communication thread — email and LinkedIn activity with that lead. To access the research, click the Insights tab in the top right of the modal.

The Insights panel surfaces enriched intelligence specific to the offering context of that campaign — company details, role-level context, and relevance signals that explain why this lead was selected and how to approach them. No manual research required.

Push individual leads to your CRM

You can now push a lead to a connected CRM from two places — directly from the interactions table, or from inside the modal when reviewing a specific prospect. Works with HubSpot, Monday.com, and Zoho. Requires a live integration in Settings → Integrations.

Bookmark leads for quick reference

Inside any interaction modal, you can now bookmark a lead. Bookmarked leads are filterable from the main interactions table — making it easy to return to high-priority prospects without losing them in a long list.

Bulk export — to CRM or CSV

Select multiple leads from the interactions table and export them in bulk — directly to a connected CRM or as a downloadable CSV. The export includes outreach scores, activity metrics, and key lead details.

Show and hide columns

The interactions table now supports column visibility controls. New columns in this release: Activity, Campaign, Channel, Prospect, Company, AI SDR, Outreach Score, and Status. Toggle any column on or off to build the view that works best for your team.

New lead statuses and a filter to match

Six new statuses: Contacted, Replied, Interested, Not Interested, Out of Office, and Unsubscribed. All are filterable from the interactions table. Reply By is also now available for outgoing emails that haven’t yet received a response.

Profile pictures and company logos throughout the panel

Where available, profile pictures and company logos now appear across the interactions panel — on table rows, inside the modal, and on lead detail cards. Faster recognition across a long list.

Campaigns
New campaign creation experience

The campaign creation workflow has been rebuilt from the ground up. A new guided flow takes you through five clear steps — Offering, Persona, Idea, Messages, and SDR — each designed to reduce friction and get you to launch faster. The interface is cleaner, navigation between steps is smoother, and the overall flow makes it easier to go from targeting to live campaign in fewer clicks.

Keyword targeting in Persona

You can now enter keywords that are matched against the full lead profile for relevancy filtering. Target by niche, cloud platform, specific skills, education, or any other lead-level attribute. The more specific your keywords, the tighter the resulting list.

Message Framework with Suggest and AI variables

Build a messaging framework powered by AI-suggested variables drawn from your offering’s pain points, social proof, lead data, and business outcomes. The Suggest feature generates a complete framework from your offering and prospect context, centred on an area you choose. You can also guide the subject line direction, adjust message length, and click Update to generate the final message.

Save and reuse Personas

Personas can now be saved, named, and reused across campaigns. Wyra pre-fills a generated name — you can edit it before saving. Build a targeting profile once and apply it to every relevant campaign going forward.

12-language support for campaign messaging

Campaigns can now be generated in 12 languages. Language is selected at the campaign level — one campaign, one language. Supported: English (US), English (UK), English (Australia), Vietnamese, Spanish, Dutch, Chinese (Simplified), French, Thai, Portuguese, and German.

New and improved messaging tonesImproved

A new Challenger tone is now available alongside the default Wyra tone. The existing tones — Informal, Creative, Direct, and Bold — have been significantly improved for quality and distinctiveness. The difference between them is now much more pronounced.

Platform
Gil — significant accuracy and performance improvementsImproved

Gil’s performance when building offerings has been substantially upgraded. Response accuracy, relevance, and overall quality have all improved — resulting in faster, sharper offering construction through the conversational flow.

Configure email signatures directly from the AI SDR cardImproved

Signatures can now be configured directly from the AI SDR card on the Company page. No separate settings flow required.

Better targeting across all channelsImproved

System-wide improvements to targeting accuracy and outreach throughput across email, LinkedIn, and calling. The outreach engine has been optimised for more precise engagement across all three channels simultaneously.

Bulk CSV upload for Unsubscribe — domains and email accounts

Both domains and email accounts can now be added to the Unsubscribe list in bulk via CSV upload. Cleaner suppression lists, in far fewer steps.
