Readiness shows how much Wyra knows in the five areas that decide how well it can sell for you, and what would add to each. It's guidance: you can create and launch campaigns at any level.

Where to see it

Open Company → Intelligence. The Readiness panel on the Overview shows a radar chart of the five areas. Beside each area is a short sentence: what Wyra counted, what's missing, and the one thing that would move it up, starting with Next:. The numbers in the sentence are links: click one to open that part of the page, such as your referenceable customers or your artifacts.

The (i) on the panel explains each area and how it's worked out.

The five areas

AreaThe question it answers
ProofCan outreach cite a customer or a result? Counts your named customers, the ones you let Wyra name, case studies and customer quotes.
OfferDoes Wyra know what to sell and to whom? Counts the services and segments you've confirmed.
RoutesCan a campaign use a partner route? Looks at your partner level, marketplace listing and partner programmes.
Market timingDoes Wyra have a dated reason to write? Counts current market trends in the segments and countries you serve.
ReachCan Wyra reach the buyers? Counts the accounts that fit your profile and have a decision-maker.

Levels

Each area sits at one of three levels: Getting started, Taking shape or Strong. The sentence uses plain words for where it stands, such as "Names and stories" for Proof. A level follows the facts behind it and changes when they do.

An area can also show one of these instead of a level:

  • Not scored. Wyra is still gathering what it needs, for example before its first weekly refresh of your company. The area shows as a gap in the chart.
  • Building. Market timing while Wyra builds its first view of your markets, sometimes with progress such as "2 of 3".
  • n/a. Routes, if you've said you sell direct. Wyra leaves it out of your readiness.

Raising an area

AreaWhat helps
ProofDecide which customers Wyra may name, and add a case study and a customer quote. See Referenceable customers and proof and Artifacts.
OfferConfirm what you sell and the segments you serve on the Set-up tab.
RoutesAdd your partner profile and marketplace links, and confirm your credentials, on Set-up or Reach.
Market timingConfirm your segments and markets so Wyra's weekly research has something to aim at. See Market trends.
ReachConfirm your segments, markets and buyer personas, and name your customers. See Reach.

Under the chart, a line says what the picture is built from: how many facts came from your website, from Wyra's data and from your answers, and when your website was last checked. Click it to open Set-up.

Keep feeding Wyra, the way you'd train a sales team. The richer an area, the more Wyra can research in that space, and the more market trends and campaign suggestions it brings you. Answer its questions, add new case studies as you win them, and update Set-up when what you sell changes.
