Market trends

Market trends are events that create demand for what you sell, in the segments and countries you serve: a rule with a deadline, a partner programme you qualify for, a change at a vendor you work with, growth at companies like your customers. Each one comes with a reason to write now, and one click starts a campaign from it.

Where to see them

Open Company → Intelligence and click the Market trends tab. The Overview shows the top five.

Wyra regularly researches your markets, every week. A trend is only listed when it matches something you sell and falls in a segment and country you serve. That's why Set-up matters: Wyra's first research starts once your segments are confirmed, and the more precisely you've said what you sell and where, the better the trends.

The four kinds of trend

KindWhat it is
RegulationA rule or law with a date that your buyers must meet, such as a compliance deadline.
Partner programmeA new programme, credit, funding or marketplace change at a vendor you partner with, that you can offer your buyers.
Vendor changeA change at a vendor you partner with that gives you something new to sell, or changes when buyers buy.
Account signalGrowth or change at companies like your customers, from Wyra's company data.

Reading a trend

Trends are grouped under High, Medium and Low priority. Use the Segment and Country filters to focus on one market. Each row shows:

  • The trend, with one line on why it's yours, such as "Because you offer cloud migration to healthcare in the US."
  • Your market and your offer: the segment, country and service it matches.
  • Key date: the deadline and how far away it is, or "Live now" for a programme or vendor change that has already started.
  • Priority. Hover over it to see why.

Priority combines how soon the key date is, how recent the news is, how reliable the source is, and how well it fits what you've confirmed. A trend reported only in the news stays at Medium.

Click Show details to open a row: what happened and the source, why it fits you, any proof and partner route you could use, and why it has its priority.

Above the list, What's evolving this month gives a short summary of each market you serve.

Acting on a trend

ActionWhat happens
Create campaignOpens Chat with a campaign draft based on the trend. You choose who to reach and the channels there. If the trend needs a new offering, Wyra drafts it with you first. Messages go out only after you approve and launch.
LaterHides the trend. It comes back on its own.
Not relevantRemoves the trend and asks why: you don't serve that segment or country, it's not something you sell, you already do this, or it doesn't make sense. Your reason shapes the trends Wyra brings you next.

After you click Create campaign, the row reads Continue chat until you send the draft, then Campaign plan created with a link to it. If you click Later or Not relevant by mistake, click Undo on the row straight away.

This page only starts drafts. The offering, the campaign and the launch each wait for your approval in Chat. See Your first campaign.

Outside your current focus

At the bottom of the tab, Outside your current focus lists trends that match what you sell but fall in a segment or country outside your confirmed markets. They have no Create campaign button. If you do serve that country, click We serve with the country's name to add it to your markets, and its trends move into the main list. Otherwise, mark them Not relevant.

When the list is short

A short list means few trends fit right now. Check that your segments, markets and what you sell are confirmed on the Set-up tab. Wyra adds new trends after each weekly research run.

Who can act on trends

Org Admins, Campaign Managers and AI SDRs can create campaigns from trends, and mark them Later or Not relevant. Viewers and Billing users can read them.
