Every launched campaign opens into its own page — a full-screen view of one campaign's Prospect Pool: who Wyra sourced, how they moved through evaluation, and how far outreach has reached them.
Getting there
Click any launched campaign to open it.
From Outreach → Campaigns, click any campaign that has already launched and it opens into its own page, showing the Prospect Pool. This replaces the old campaign modal — campaigns get a real page instead of a popup, with room for the full funnel and every prospect in it. Draft campaigns work differently: clicking one resumes the creation wizard instead, since there's nothing to report on yet.
The header
The header line carries the campaign name, its status, and the AI SDRs on it. Click View detailsto open a read-only review of the campaign's setup — AI SDRs, Value Proposition, Persona, and Messaging. On the right, the same controls as the Campaigns list: Pause / Resume, Stop (permanent — see Pausing, resuming, and stopping campaigns), Stop auto-replies / Resume auto-repliesto switch Wyra's automatic replies off or on without touching the campaign itself, and Duplicate, which opens the creation wizard prefilled from this campaign.
While a campaign is still evaluating
Right after launch, Wyra is still sourcing and scoring the campaign's first run. The funnel band updates live, with a note that the table appears once evaluation completes.
Prospect Pool
A funnel band that doubles as your filters.
Across the top of the page sits a row of six chips. Each one is clickable — click a chip and the table below filters to exactly that group. Hover a chip for a plain-language definition.
Pool
Your total pool for this targeting, with how many Wyra has sourced from it so far. Click it to see everyone sourced.
Disqualified
Prospects Wyra filtered out, with the percentage removed. Each row keeps its own reason.
Qualified
The prospects that made the cut — shown as the top percentage of everyone sourced.
Nurturing
Prospects Wyra is actively working — outreach in motion, no reply yet.
Reached
Prospects who've received your full outreach and haven't replied yet.
Replied
Prospects who responded — by email, LinkedIn, or phone. Every response counts, whatever they said.
These six chips are the whole story of a Wyra campaign's pool: everything sourced, minus what got disqualified, equals what qualified — and qualified prospects then move through nurturing to reached, and on to replied once they respond.
The pool table
Every prospect, why they landed where they did.
Deliberately compact — three columns plus an icon, built around one question: why is this prospect here?
Prospect
Name, title, company, and industry. Qualified prospects also carry their outreach score as a small number beside the name, and a LinkedIn icon opens the profile when there is one.
Assessment
Wyra's verdict: a fit rating for qualified prospects, or the reason a prospect didn't make the cut. Click more/less to expand or collapse any row on its own — expanded qualified rows also show up to a few signal tags, and expanding one row never collapses the others.
Why now
For qualified prospects, the reasoning behind the verdict — who they are, why they fit, and what makes now the right time to reach out.
Open in Interactions
An icon that deep-links straight to this prospect's conversation in Interactions once they've had a first touch. Before that first touch, it's muted with a tooltip explaining they'll appear in Interactions once contacted.
A search box above the table (⌘K / Ctrl+K) matches on name, company, or title. Next to it, a CSV exporticon downloads the pool — it respects whatever funnel tile or search you currently have applied, so an export while "Disqualified" is selected downloads just the disqualified rows, not the whole pool. It's an instant file download, not a background job — no notification to wait on. The table shows 25 rows per page by default — change it to 10, 50, or 100 with the selector beside the "Showing X to Y of Z prospects" count at the bottom.
Campaign Detail vs. Interactions
One campaign's numbers, or one prospect's conversation.
Campaign Detail page
Everything scoped to one campaign — its pool, its funnel, and why each prospect landed where they did. The right place to judge whether this specific campaign's targeting is working.
Interactions
Every individual prospect across all your campaigns, with their full conversation thread. The right place to actually reply, leave notes, or call someone back.
How they connect
The Campaign Detail page is built to hand you off to Interactions the moment you need to act on an individual — the Open in Interactions icon on a pool row drops you straight into that prospect's thread, and closing the drawer brings you back here.
