Home is your morning briefing — a real-time view of everything your campaigns are doing across email, LinkedIn, and the phone, with the intelligence to know what's working and what to do next.
Home — Overview & Calling
Two tabs under one Home.
Home is the first item in the top navigation — it's where Dashboard used to live. It now holds two tabs so each kind of performance gets the room it needs as Wyra adds new surfaces.
Overview
Your top-level summary
A roll-up of every headline metric across email and LinkedIn — leads, reply rate, Reply Intelligence, activity charts, demographics, and efficiency. The rest of this guide walks through it.
Calling Beta
How your AI SDRs perform on the phone
A dedicated analytics view for calling — dials, connect rate, talk time, call outcomes, and recent calls. In beta; covered at the end of this guide.
What's on the Overview
A layout that puts your headline numbers up top.
The Overview tab opens with six top-of-page metrics — your at-a-glance pulse on outreach across all campaigns — followed by a snapshot of your campaigns paired with Reply Intelligence, activity charts, demographics, quick actions, and efficiency metrics at the bottom. Everything updates in real time, and the whole page works in both light and dark themes.
Top of page
Six numbers that tell you how your outreach is doing.
Leads Reached
Leads where Wyra has completed its meaningful set of touchpoints. For an email-only lead that means the full email sequence has run; for a lead set up for email and LinkedIn it means both sequences are complete.
Nurturing Leads
Leads where Wyra is still working — more touchpoints are planned and no reply has come in yet. A lead graduates from Nurturing to Reached once Wyra has completed its touchpoints.
Emails Sent
Total emails sent across all your AI SDRs and all campaigns.
Connections Sent
LinkedIn connection requests sent across all your AI SDRs and all campaigns.
Conversations Initiated
LinkedIn messages sent to prospects who accepted your connection request.
Reply Rate
The share of your reached leads who have responded — see the formula below.
How Reply Rate is calculated
Reply Rate is the sum of every reply outcome in Reply Intelligence — Interested, Warm, Out of Office, and Unsubscribed — divided by Leads Reached, expressed as a percentage.
Worked example. With 22 Interested, 4 Warm, 6 Out of Office, and 0 Unsubscribed across 583 Leads Reached, the Reply Rate is 32 ÷ 583 × 100 ≈ 5.5%.
Campaigns and Reply Intelligence
A campaign snapshot, paired with how prospects are replying.
Campaigns
A snapshot of your top campaigns with status, leads, sent, and replied counts at a glance. Click View all to jump into Outreach → Campaigns for the full list, filters, KPIs, and per-campaign actions.
Campaigns overview →Reply Intelligence
How prospects are responding to your outreach — four reply outcomes at the top, plus a feed of your most recent Interested leads underneath.
The four reply outcomes
Recent Interested leads — one click to the conversation
Below the four reply outcomes, the Recent Interested Leads feed lists your latest interested prospects with name, title, company, and how long ago they replied. Click any lead to jump straight into the conversation in Interactions — no copy-paste, no searching.
Activity charts
Daily outreach volume across LinkedIn and email.
LinkedIn Activity
Email Activity
A time-range dropdown above the charts lets you switch between Last Week, Last Month, or a custom range. Hover for exact counts on any day. Days where volume drops sharply often mean a campaign was paused or a sender hit a daily cap — drill in from the Campaigns list to confirm.
Demographics
Who you're reaching, at a glance.
Top Industries
A donut paired with a ranked legend of the industries you're reaching most. Hover any slice or row to highlight the matching segment on the other side.
Business Sizes
The same paired donut + legend, broken out by company size in employees. If you're targeting mid-market but mostly hitting startups, tighten your persona filters.
Quick actions
Two shortcuts to the most common next steps.
Efficiency metrics
What your AI SDRs are saving your team.
Email Deliverability
Share of your emails that landed in the inbox.
Tasks Completed
Total outreach tasks Wyra has executed for you.
Hours Saved
Time Wyra has saved your team versus doing the work manually.
Cost Savings
Estimated cost of equivalent SDR work, in dollars.
Hours Saved and Cost Savings are useful for internal reporting and for justifying expanding your team's use of Wyra.
Overview populates as campaigns run
If you've just started using Wyra, the Overview will show zeros until your campaigns have run for some time. Every metric updates automatically as your AI SDRs send messages and prospects respond.
The Calling tab
How your AI SDRs are performing on the phone.
Calling is in beta. Anyone can request beta access — once it's enabled, your team gets a Wyra number and can dial prospects straight from the browser. The Calling tab is where those calls roll up into analytics.
Switch to the Calling tab on Home for a phone-performance view that mirrors the Overview — top-line metric cards across the top, charts and breakdowns underneath, with the same time-range dropdown.
Dials
Total calls placed in the selected period, with change vs. the previous period.
Connect Rate
Share of dials that connected to a person.
Conversations
Connected calls that turned into a real conversation.
Avg Call Duration
Average length of a call across the period.
Total Talk Time
Combined time your team spent on the phone.
Call Outcomes
A breakdown of how calls ended — interested, not interested, and more.
Underneath, a Call Volume chart plots dials over time, Performance by AI SDR ranks each rep by dials, connect rate, and talk time, and a Recent Calls feed lists the latest calls with lead, company, AI SDR, outcome, and duration.
Calling analytics vs. placing a call
The Calling tab is where you read phone performance. To place a call, you dial from the contact drawer in Interactions. Both are covered in the Wyra Calling guide. Wyra Calling — full guide →
How to read Home daily
A two-minute morning check that tells you everything.
Open the Overview at the start of your day and check in this order: Reply Rate (is messaging resonating?), Interested in Reply Intelligence (who replied with positive intent overnight?), the Recent Interested feed (click into the first one and reply), activity charts (are campaigns running at the right volume?), and the Campaigns snapshot (is anything paused or stopped that shouldn't be?). If your team is on the phones, glance at the Calling tab for connect rate and recent call outcomes.
