You can plan, check and launch a campaign all in Chat. Wyra drafts each part, you look it over, and Wyra sends only after you approve the launch.
Before you start: you need at least one AI SDR that's ready to send, and an offering for what you're selling. If you need an offering, Wyra builds one with you first.
1. Ask Wyra to plan it
Tell Wyra what you're selling, to whom, and from which AI SDRs. A sentence is enough to start:
- "Plan a campaign for our cloud migration offering, aimed at CTOs at healthcare companies in the US."
- "Use Maya and Tom as senders, email and LinkedIn."
Wyra drafts a plan and shows it on a card:
| Part of the plan | What it sets |
|---|---|
| Offering | What the campaign sells. Every message and reply draws on it. |
| AI SDRs and channels | Who sends, and whether by email and LinkedIn together or LinkedIn only. In an Omnichannel campaign, an AI SDR sends by email only until they connect LinkedIn. |
| Persona | Job titles, industries, locations and company size, plus any titles to exclude. |
| Why now | The reason to reach out at this moment, such as a regulation, a programme change or a market shift. |
| Tone and language | How the messages sound, and what language they're written in. |
| Auto-replies | Whether Wyra answers replies on its own when your offering covers the answer. |
Change anything by saying so: "add VP Engineering", "only companies over 200 people", "drop Canada". Wyra revises the same card. When it's right, click Approve plan. That saves the plan to your conversation. Creating and sending happen at launch.
2. Shape the messages
Each channel needs a message framework: the shape of the message (subject, greeting and the parts Wyra fills in for each person). When you approve the plan, the Messaging editor opens beside the conversation. Adjust the framework there and click Use in plan, or ask Wyra to draft it in Chat.
3. Preview with real people
Before launching, ask Wyra to show you three real people who match the persona, and the message each would get. They're a preview: each person is only contacted if they score 50 or more once Wyra researches them further.
- "Show me three people this campaign would reach and what they'd get."
- "How many emails can this campaign send per day?"
If the people look wrong, adjust the persona. If the messages read wrong, adjust the framework or the offering.
4. Launch
Say "launch it" and Wyra shows a launch card. Approving it starts outreach to real people, and you can pause or stop the campaign at any time. Wyra launches once the campaign has an offering, AI SDRs that can send, and a message framework for every channel. If something is missing, Wyra tells you what.
Need more time? Ask Wyra to save it as a draft. A draft stays unsent and can still be changed or deleted.
5. After launch
- Open the campaign from Outreach → Campaigns and check the prospect pool. Prospects with an Outreach Score of 50 or more are qualified. The rest are disqualified, with the reason in writing.
- Sending is lower during the warm-up period of about 14 days, then reaches full capacity.
- Work replies in Interactions, starting with Action required.
- Pause, resume, stop or edit the campaign from its page, or ask Wyra in Chat.

Create campaign on Outreach → Campaigns opens the campaign builder: Channels & SDRs → Persona → Why Now → Messaging → Review & Launch. Campaigns built from your own list of companies or people are created there.
