Wyra's understanding of your company keeps growing. Wyra learns from your website, your artifacts, its own data and your campaigns. When it comes across a conflict, or needs you to explain something, it asks. A few good answers do more than any amount of reading.
When Wyra asks
Wyra raises a question when only a person can settle something. Typical examples:
| Wyra noticed | It might ask |
|---|---|
| Two sources disagree | Your site and Wyra's data give different headquarters or headcounts. Which is right? |
| A new segment or country | Your customers include retailers in Germany. Do you serve retail, and Germany? |
| Who buys | Who usually buys this from you? |
| A customer it could cite | May outreach mention this customer by name? Is there a case study to point to? |
| A partner or credential | Where is your page in this partner's directory? Do you hold this competency? |
| How you sell | Do you sell direct, through partners, or through a marketplace? |
New questions can come after you upload an artifact, add a link, or when Wyra's regular research turns up something new. Wyra keeps only a few waiting at a time, so the list stays short.
The question card
Questions appear at the top of the Overview tab on Company → Intelligence, one at a time. Wyra can also ask one in Chat while you're working there, at most one per conversation.
Each card shows:
- The question, kept short.
- Because: what Wyra saw that made it ask.
- So that: what your answer will change, for example "So outreach can point to a customer buyers trust."
- The choices. Tapping a choice only selects it. Your answer saves when you click Send. Some questions take several choices.
And these options:
| Option | What happens |
|---|---|
| Other | Opens a box to type your own answer, or paste a link where the question asks for one. |
| Not sure | Closes the question for good and leaves your answers as they were. |
| Skip | Moves on to the next question. It comes back only if Wyra learns something new on the same subject. |
| This doesn't make sense | Removes the question for good and tells Wyra it missed the mark, so it asks better questions. |
Between questions, the card shows what Wyra is working on.
What happens to your answer
Your answer becomes part of your company picture straight away, labelled Your words, with Answered by and your name, so the team can see who settled it. The next question, if there is one, takes its place.
If your role needs an editor to confirm that kind of answer, you'll see Sent to an editor to confirm, and someone who manages the company picture reviews it.
Got something wrong? Change it where the fact lives: the Set-up tab for what you sell and who you serve, the customer's row under Referenceable customers, or the partner and credential panels on Reach.
Set-up questions
Questions about the basics (what you sell, your segments, markets, customers, partners and how you sell) belong to Set-up, and you answer them on the Set-up tab section by section. Take them at your own pace: you can always finish set-up later, and anything left stays on the tab. If Wyra asks one in Chat and you answer Not sure, it waits and asks again the next day.
Who is asked
| Role | Questions |
|---|---|
| Org Admin, Campaign Manager, AI SDR | All of them. |
| Settings | The company basics, such as headquarters and size. |
| Viewer, Billing | None. |
Why it's worth a minute a day
Think of it as coaching a new member of your sales team. Each answer sharpens the market trends Wyra brings you, the accounts it counts under Reach, and what outreach can say about you. Wyra only uses what it can source, and your answers are the strongest source it has.
